First of all: it took 20 minutes to get through 4 cars before you could even order. Secondly: I placed a very basic order where my only requests were 1) no ketchup and 2) some ranch dressing packets. Not only did it take nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, but when I got home there was ketchup on my sandwich and no ranch dressing in the bag.Not usually one to complain via a review, but c’mon, this isn’t that hard.

Delicious Strawberry ? Frosty and great front counter service with a smile

Good location and easy to enter/exit. Food standard, fries were fresh. Problem was drive thru wait for not being very busy was slow. But personnel were cordial so 4/5 stars.

Wendy is up there with the best fast food but it’s still fast food.Fries are on pointSandwich was really goodNo complaints.Wish the served breakfast all day.

Never enough employees, half the time I start here and go someplace else. I love Wendy's but sadly the franchisee for this and many other Wendy's will not pay competitive wages and as such cannot keep a reliable or large enough staff. Taco bell next door pays 2 dollars an hour more, Chick-fil-A down the street pays 4 dollars more, the owners still can't connect the dots as to why they can't get enough employees.

Food always good but 4 out of last 5 timed Pendleton Wendy's has been out of baked potatoes. Getting ridiculous!

Im not sure if the right people will see this, but its worth a shot. Today me and my mom came in for lunch after I got out of school, and my mom was being very rude to the staff, I think because she couldnt understand their accents. She yelled at them and me. They were so kind and i wanted to apologize for my mother’s behavior. And thank you for showing concern for me. And for the kind smiles, they made me feel a lot better. Anyway, 5 stars, absolutly stellar staff, even if they arent always treated like it.

The food was good. Not a problem.. however we ordered through the drive through, I asked the lady for some sauce, she gives me a rude look, says "what kind of sauce" I said just some for my fries.. and she said rudly, "we don't have sauce for fries. Only nuggets" lady... maybe I wanted ketchup, honey mustard. BbQ sauce for my fries... who cares. She didn't care to ask me what sauce, she was rude. I just came through 10 min ago. I just wanted sauce, cause I'm not feeling the best today. And I just wanted some happy food if you know what I mean. Anyways, I just said thank you and drove off. Figured I'd share

The last time we went it was about 2o-25 minutes before they closed, which was earlier than stated online( there was a note on the speaker). You could tell the food was not fresh. The nuggets were tough, the fresh were baby warm and the burger was dry. I have been disappointed for a while with this Wendy's which is sad because it is my son's favorite.
