Very busy Sunday early afternoon. Ordered Eggs Benedict and a BLT. After a long wait, waitress advised when ordering, the breakfast was perfect and HOT, however the BLT was disappointing-3 strips of very thin & folded bacon. Will go back and support this small/local business because they were very nice and the restaurant was clean. Please don’t skimp on the bacon - load it up.
Great restaurant, I had an awesome breakfast skillet. The price was right and they kept my coffee filled. Even though it was a busy Sunday morning I didn’t feel rushed to finish up and go.
Delicious! We took advantage of the all-day breakfast at 6:00 PM. The eggs were well prepared, the grits were nice and creamy, the bacon was crispy, and the pancakes were amazingly fluffy and tasted like cake. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely come back!
Food was good and so was the service. It was our first visit but it seemed like there was a steady stream of regulars coming in, many ordering breakfast for lunch.
First impression- not busy at all, at 9:30 On a Sunday, not even half full. We were sat as soon as we walked in the door waitress got our drinks and waiter took our order. Looks like 3 waiters/waitresses for the restaurant. Tables clean but basic, not a fan of the color scheme, reminds me of an el rodeo restaurant . I would have liked more light in the restaurant. So besides my preference on paint and decor, they got me seated and my order really quick. Just brighten it up…Food was pretty good. No complaints at all. Biscuits and Gravy are really good didn’t get them this time, but had ordered them to go in the past. Grits were cooked well. Skillet was okay, and omelette was okay. It’s nothing to rave about just good breakfast food.
Good Food and Good People
Great lil family ran restaurant. Our food was fresh and the table service was great. Would definitely revisit if in the area.
Locally owned restaurant with amazing food. You got to try the meat lovers skillet. And the pancakes are awesome.
It was amazing. Never had a better skillet in my life! Young family owns it. Tony is the dad and cooks. His wife waits the tables. A little boy was running around with pajamas on. I highly recommend it!! They serve breakfast all day. Going back soon!!
Found a listing for Breakfasts Near Me on Google for Tony's Cafe Family Restaurant. The pictures of the food drew us and the fact that it's a family owned and operated business, not a chain. Very clean and simple. Good coffee! My Husband is still talking about the Meat lovers skillet-filled with bacon, sausage, ham, onion, green peppers, and cheddar cheese on a bed of perfect hash browns. He opted for the pancakes instead of toast. Great tasting food! I had the spinach and bacon omelette with hash browns perfectly fried. Tony cooks and his wife hostesses, serves, and checks people out. Worth waiting if it's busy. First time there but we'll be back! Nothing spectacular but it was good tasting food, reminds me of home. ?
