My first time today at this coffee shop. It is large place and nice atmosphere. The team is helpful. It was nice to see there are two meeting rooms which is pretty cool. They have charging stations too and clean rest rooms. I ordered Herbal Tea. They have gluten free/non dairy muffins. Vegans won't have options to eat but have great options to drink.

One of the best coffee shops in the Indy metro. The unique, handmade flavors are always changing and never disappoint. There's something for everyone and the Baristas are very knowledgeable, honest and helpful.The drinks are perfect, or they fix them ASAP. If you're not happy, they're not happy, so definitely ask the Baristas for help. It's rare to find consistently kind and helpful people who care about you coming back. Always a great selection of roasted coffees for drip or pour-over.The business mission is awesome, too. They aren't called The Well just because it's cool.You can't guarantee finding a seat if you'd like to hang around, and in the winter, the front door opening can make some of the tables cold. More seating and some decor to absorb sound would be helpful, but I understand it's hard with the space they have right now.Thank you guys for all you do. My wife and I will keep coming here often!
I recently went for the first time because it was suggested for a meeting. This coffeehouse is obviously very popular, because it was packed! Every table was taken, both conference rooms were being used, and there was a line of people waiting for drinks. There is an ‘overflow room’ outside of the main coffee house. We found one table available there, which was fine. I ordered tea. It took 15 or 20 minutes to get it, so very slow. There was one person working the register, two people making drinks, and one person cleaning or prepping in the back. They needed 4 people making drinks based on the line and amount of time, but the space is small behind the counter so don’t know if they even could have managed with more staff. I like the concept of them helping supply clean water to developing countries.
The best cold brew I have ever had in my 22 years of life. Gave me an absolute JOLT of energy right as I hit that 330 wall of drowsiness. Their coffee never disappoints and the shop itself is pretty cool as well.
Friendliest crew I've been served by at a coffee space. I don't really go for their coffee so I typically buy smoothies and their wraps and bagels. Their chipotle chicken wrap kicks tail in all the right places. Has a solid kick to it. The atmosphere is always calm and when it's not busy it helps to soak it all in on a good day
The Well is a nice location to chill, grab a coffee, and get some work done. It is also nice knowing my coffee purchase is going toward a cause. The coffee is always fresh and I appreciate that I don’t feel pressured to make big choices with various options when I just want coffee.
I’d previously loved coming here, but my most recent trip has been cause for concern, especially given that there’s an ongoing pandemic. No mask requirements for customers, no masks on employees handling food and drink, no social distancing, and no extra cleaning measures for tables or conference rooms. I get that it’s the business’ decision but as a person in an at-risk category and the massive spike in COVID cases, I would expect more caution and care to be taken. Extremely disappointed that public health doesn’t seem to be taken seriously here. I won’t be returning and will tell friends and family the same.

Guy upfront with a nice beard was super helpful and upbeat. We've been here a lot and its always really really good. Definitely come out and try it! Delicious and heartwarming❤
Super friendly staff that give great compliments and remember my name! My absolute favorite drink is sadly seasonal, but if it’s on the menu please try the dream brew! It’s a dream come true! I also love the BYOB on the jalapeño bagel. So tasty!
