Texas Road House - systematic machine from checking in online, to texting when you arrive, to coupons to skip the line, great food and amazing service. A well oiled machine they gets people in and out in 30 minutes, and delivers quality food, at a reasonable price, and excellent customer service. I’m not a regular, but a few times a year I’ll go, I have never had a bad experience. Good stuff!

Great service. The place was packed, yet they provided the best possible service. Since CoVid service at most restaurants have taken a hit. The service we got from the moment we stepped into the restaurant until we left was spectacular. I highly recommend this place.
Long time customers of this chain of restaurants, we have been to many locations in 8 states, and this visit was definitely the worst we have ever experienced. Music was supper loud at the table. Asked the server if it could be turned down, and she said no, it was already as low as the manager could turn it down to. My wife and I had to yell to each other across the table. We should have left then, but we persevered. Server was very rude and condescending. Told us what we have ordered dozens of times, could not be done at this location, but she would ask the kitchen anyways, and that it would take a lot longer. All I was asking for was a baked potato with no salt on the skin. Salads came from another staff member. No smile, no talk, almost a throw the plate at you kind of thing. Meals were served the same way. No Smile, no talk, missing items, just here you go and good luck attitude. Had to almost beg server for drink refills. Server never came and asked if everything was ok after meal came out. Had to ask someone else for the A1 sauce and the missing item. Although we never got any feedback from the server, the potato did come with no salt, and it did not take any longer then a normal dinner should have. We won't be visiting this location anymore when we visit Ikea. If you do decide to eat here, and Abigail is your server, I wish you the best of luck.
Krista, our server, was very nice and friendly. Not super attentive, but not bad. My daughter ordered her steak medium and it was closer to med rare in a lot of it; I ordered mine med rare and it was very rare through most of it. I sent mine back and it came back still mostly rare, so I cut around it and ate what I could. I took the too rare parts home and cooked it in a skillet and added some seasoning, which it also needed. We both ordered the 8oz strip, which is noted on the menu as being thick cut, so maybe that’s where the problem lies. Still disappointing though, especially for the money spent at a steakhouse. Prices are reasonable, but steaks should come out better at a restaurant that specializes in them. The steamed vegetables were lacking as well - no seasoning and carrots were not cooked through. My sweet potato was fantastic and my daughter liked her loaded mashed potatoes though. Not an all around terrible experience, but I’m not anxious to go back.
Ask for Jacie (Jay-Cee), she was AMAZING!!! My family & I, totaling about 10 people came and had lunch and she was extremely professional, friendly & her service was very timely! I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with Steak Fries and it was very good! I asked for Medium Well and that’s what I received!My fiancé ordered the 3 piece catfish with steamed broccoli the catfish was a little off but it was still good; about a 7 out of 10 and we spent a little over $26 for our two meals!We would definitely come again! Great job Texas Roadhouse and great job to Jacie!
We went an hour before closing and to my shock we didn't get attitude. The staff was just as pleasant as if we arrived during dinner. The food was decent. Otherthan the teenage touching of each other and their gathering at the entrance of the kitchen, it wasn't a bad experience.A little more respect for where the food is prepared. More respect for patrons that are seated near the kitchen maybe not gather.When serving food, when did not restraining hair become sanitary.
Food was wonderful. They accommodated the large party of 12 we had and we all sat together. Service was quick and very friendly. From the appetizers to the main entrees every single item ordered was prepared perfectly to ones liking. The wait to be seated wasn't long either. Wonderful job by everyone from the hostess to the server and the kitchen crew making it all come together. Keep up the great work!
Even though they were very busy the service was good, friendly and our orders came out fairly quickly. Our server stayed on top of our drink refills and the quality of the food was very good. I liked that you can get on a wait list on line and then when you get there you check in electronically and wait in your car until your table is ready which lessens the contact with a bunch of people you don't know. Great experience and will definitely visit again.
