Really need to rave about this Taco Bell for a second - My boyfriend and I stopped for food after the Rob Zombie concert. The line was out in the road and it took a while for us to get to the speaker... HOWEVER, this was THEE. BEST. Taco Bell experience I've ever had. The employee taking our order was patient and friendly and our food was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Menu photo quality. Everything exactly as ordered! Evenly distributed sauce. Immaculately rolled burritos... I was just blown away at the quality despite the time we ordered and how busy it was. Hands down, best Taco Bell I've ever freakin been to. EXCELLENT JOB!!
The customer service is always 5 star just tired of them picking when they want to be open or closed. Being a former shift manager who has been through it all, registers down, out of food, waiting on food to cook, being the only one on a very busy shift, there just isn't any excuses to be closed on a weekend during busy hours. Taco Bell the company should be ashamed whoever runs the store is ok with this.
I ordered 3 crunchwraps for my family, just to get home and find out NONE of them had meat in it. I tried calling the store for a refund and no one answered.
I made a pick up order via the app. When I showed up the doors are closed and now we have to wait in the drive through for 35 mins. Once I got to the drive through 35 mins, I’m met with an employee who is annoyed that the seem to have a job, I ask to talk to the manager due to my displeasure of sitting in a line for 35 mins for a app order, he greeted me with a simple “yeah that’s great sorry”. And then told me to pull around. I again expressed my displeasure and as a funny note he refunded my money without the food. Now I was a little upset and asked for his business card, he told me he didn’t have one, I asked him to write his name down as a point of reference, in which case he told me they didn’t have a pen and it was a poorly run establishment. I moved on an went to Wendy’s Nextdoor and was in and out within 5 mins, greeted with employees that seemed like they wanted to be there. I will never visit this store again.
Avoid this Taco BellOrdered our food. Specifically talked about an allergy and asked to make sure it was taken care of. The Kid taking the order didn’t pay attention to the order. Food came back with the stuff on it we SPECIFICALLY asked and made abundantly clear we couldn’t have. Glad I Checked the food before giving it to the kiddos, and had to throw it all away all of the food. This is now our 2nd 1 start review of this location. Took 1 year away after another really bad experience, and our first try back, nothing has improved. Avoid this Taco Bell. There’s another one closer that does a lot better. Won’t be back.
The guy in drive thru was friendly and courteous the food tasted great but it was slower than usual
Driving through the area on a trip. Stopped to grab something to eat on the way home late at night. Line moved quickly, the attendants was friendly and spoke clearly when asking us for our order. All of our food was made correctly and was hot. Everything was good, couldn't have been a better experience.
We waited 45 mins in line today to be told that they were out of food! The manager, Fallon, was then extremely rude about it. They are always slow and rude. Good luck getting in touch with the district manager, Trevor. He dodges phone calls better than any district manager I have ever seen!
I feel this location’s service has really improved. Team member taking order was clear and accurate. Line moved quickly and staff was friendly especially Jesus
Twice in the past week i have had to wait in the drive through for about 30 minutes. Once on a Saturday at 6PM. Absolutely unbelievable. I'd have gone somewhere else but had big orders from many people so waited it out. Go somewhere else.
