The “manager” is a real piece of work…. She shouldn’t be in the position if she can’t handle a complaint that they messed up.
Consistently great customer service.It's 1:30 am on 7/3/2022 and you're getting home late from a long and exhausting day. You've been too busy to even think of feeding yourself and now all you're really looking for is a quick and easy way to curb the hunger before you end your night. You search google maps for places open after 1am and this Taco Bell is the only place that pops up on this stretch of 37.Customer service is the last thing you're worried about at this point, you just don't want to be hungry. When you roll up to the microphone you're asked how your night is going and when you ask them about theirs they respond with "Fan-taco-tastic". It's kind of a cheesy little corporate line, but they say it with such a genuine enthusiasm.When you pull up to the window the employee serving you greets you with a phenomenally pleasant interaction and the most delicious Mango Whip Freeze you could ever dream of.I don't know how that kind of service is possible at such a painfully late hour, but over the years the employees at this establishment continually provide it.
It's your typical taco bell. I always order extra meat on my Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos...and this location always forgets the extra meat. Otherwise, this is your run of the mill taco bell.
Portions were very very small. I expect my chili cheese burrito to be packed at nearly 3 dollars. That said, they HAVE chili cheese burritos so I'm going easy.
This place always has pleasant drive through workers The one today 3.16.22 at 4:50pm was exceptional. She was fast, responsive and welcoming. She even answered my questions with a nice tone. The food matched the service and was very tasty. I recommend this taco bell over others.
I'm a door dasher who this morning came to pick an order up, around 8:20, I sat at the drive thru box for 5 mins with no answer, then drove to the window with no answer, then proceeded to go to the door where I was rudely address by the 3 employees in the building to then be cussed out by the manager named Emlo!

3/5,Good:-it’s a Taco Bell there and most of the time they are on it with orders (food quality for a Taco Bell)-dining room and bathroom fairly clean-staff is nice, at least straight forwardBad:-They randomly close down the dining room (probably trying to consolidate their orders through one central point) this leads to it getting clogged and confusion when it bleeds through the street-slow at times, when they get backed up-sometimes randomly closes earlier during the late “midnight” hoursOverall: it’s a Taco Bell it could go good or bad for you who knows
This location has become my go to since the allisonville road location has become one of the worst restaurants in the state.Orders are usually accurate and the staff has been friendly.
When I came through the drive through on Saturday evening, I was told they weren't accepting any drive-up orders. They were doing door dash only. The person on the intercom was friendly and professional (which is why the review gets two stars) but it kinda goes against the purpose of operating a restaurant.
