I’ve ordered from this location twice on the app. Drive all the way here just to be turned away at the drive thru both. The first time (7/24) there was bad weather so they said they couldn’t take orders. Okay, fine. Fair enough. Order again on the app and now it’s just “we can’t take orders right now.” At least make the place appear closed on the app so I don’t waste the gas.
This Taco Bell is the WORST! The employees are rude as hell & they are closed half of the time. I went today at 2pm to get some lunch & they weren’t excepting orders at that time… in the middle of the day? Please do not waste your time & energy going to this Taco Bell when there are better ones a few miles down the road.
I attempted to order at this Taco Bell today, 7/24/22, and was told that they were completely out of all products? I don’t believe that. If you’re understaffed like everyone else just close for the day.I have also had multiple negative experiences in the past, such as the time that the entire staff walked outside for a smoke break (not cigarettes, I could smell it) then proceeded to tell us we would have to wait until their “shift change” was over.
Went here for a delivery. They get deliveries at least 10 if not 15 minutes earlier then we arrive and yet they had me wait over 10 minutes in the parking lot for an order that at every other taco bell would have been ready before I got there. They were not busy they had 2 cars in the drive thru. I lost a 7 dollar tip because they wanted to play games. Not cool.Oh and they have the lobby closed for no reason. They let random friends of employees in but locked the door for everyone else. Clearly they're just incredibly lazy. I've worked fast food for years and mopped down the lobby every night. It's not hard, it doesn't take long. It's only pure laziness to not have the lobby open.Worst taco bell I've been to in years don't waste your time.
I did a web app order and went to get my order. They told me that they didn't have any more of their fries, as they were sold out, so I told them that it's OK and I left, since that was my full order. I paid ahead of time, but since they didn't have the fries, I thought they would refund my order. I tried to cancel my order, but couldn't on the app and then is says that it was ready for pickup and then now says it was completed and they took the money out for items they didn't have at all. I contacted customer service for a refund, but this is very bad business practice. You told me you didn't have any fries and then you still take my money when I leave. It's not like I didn't come for the food, you guys just ran out and I left because I didn't want anything else. Very unhappy about the situation.
Doordash driver...first of all the drive thru is too narrow even for my small car, it's like a stone path from the 18th century. I told the drive thru person I had a doordash order to pick up, she shouted "WELL YOU CAN COME INSIDE AND GET IT!" There was a car behind me, and like I said the drive thru is too small and angled weirdly to back up in anyway, so I just waited for the person in front of me to go, when I drove past the window another employee yelled "hey were you here for the doordash order?!" I stopped and said yeah, without warning he flung the bag in my face and screamed "JUST TAKE IT! DONT COME IN, JUST TAKE IT AND GO!"
Terrible customer service at this location. Gave us a ripped bag, no receipt, rude person taking our order. And poorly wrapped food. This has been our go to taco bell for a year now. And this is the worst service we have ever gotten her
went to the store around 11:30, sat there in the drive through for 15min, no one took orders or nothing, about 6 cars were in line behind me. Eventually ended up leaving.
This locations says they are open until 1am but they are not. I went into the drive through the and was told they only do delivery orders after a certain time. Fix your website.
Very rude employees. General manager, please check the windows cameras around 8 pm. You will see your employee's behavior.
