Good food, it had been awhile. You have to put your order in and then sit down. It was pretty quick!

Don't door dash through them. Not only will they not honor their agreement with a third party company, they were wanting me to pay again for the food or have it delivered again when it obviously didn't make it to me the first time. Next company to go out of business for sure.
Went with inside seating. Employees were super nice and the food was out and ready in no time. The drive through seemed to be moving well as I sat inside and ate.
Looks like they did away with the waiters positions. You now order for yourself and pay at the kiosk before seating yourself. Order number is called and you get it from counter. 100% impersonal now.Food just isn't the same as before either.Sadly I don't think I will ever go back to steak n shake. It's a rapidly failing diner grasping onto what ever it can to stay afloat.Wish I could have given it a 0 star.
Drive thru lady called the cops on me for eating the food I just bought from them in a shaded parking space. I obviously was just eating so the 3 cops left. I went inside the store to address the manager about the situation. I told her I want the first names of whoever called the cops on a gold GMC Yukon. She would not give the name, or her name as a manger. I can not provide in this review. But it was a female manager with two Hispanic drive they ladies. I had no reason for the cops to be called on me and be harassed for eating food I bought at your establishment.I would like an explanation, and I would a written apology from the Lady who called the cops. I will be taking this forward up the chain to corporateBill is the manager and she would not give me his number.
Come here all the time 4 to 5 times a week easily. Usually good service not tonight. Pull up at 9:55 he says they are closing at 10, refuses to take my order. I won't be back
Ohmygoodness! This is the best SnS I've ever been to. The level of cleanliness was top tier. They have the kiosks to order and the self serve drinks now. They didn't have that pre covid. Everything was done in a timely manner. And look at this food! That is commercial ready. Everything was 10/10 perfect!!!! You can tell the people who work there care and have work ethic which is so rare these days. Good job y'all!!!
I sincerely hope making me walk to the front to pay 35 cent for 1 sauce was worth never making another penny from me again. Is 35 cent going to break my bank? No, but telling me to come back with a receipt for a honey mustard after i just spent $30 is probably the most ridiculous thing ever. Enjoy the last 35 cent you get from me.
Went through the drive through today and ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup shake. Was disappointed when I got home as there wasn’t a single piece of candy in the whole thing.
