Lady had terrible customer service, no smile, and comes off overall rude! Glad the gentleman made my drink!
6/13/2021, 5:40pm, the Starbucks baristas already have an attitude prior to ordering. I ask for a double shot of espresso over Ice in a grande cup & a quad espresso over Ice in a grande cup. Simple order. The barista goes “we can’t do quad over ice, only double.” OK. That’s fine. Next thing I know they give me two things with Milk in them. I asked them to remake it because that’s not what I ordered and the two baristas exchange disgusted looks as if I am wrong. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Get new baristas that are NICE and know what they are doing. This is unprofessional and uncalled for.
Great service. Even remade my daughter’s drink when she realized she forgot to ask for it iced.
The employee named Prarie had a 5 minute conversation with the car in front of my that continued after the man received his order. Frustrating because most of us are in a hurry in the morning to get to work.

Everytime we come here theres a women working and shes so rude for no reason at all its always she makes me nervous not to mentionshe seems its a problemhow I order my drink its a pretty simple drink really but never get it right either then im stuck with a drink I don't like I couldn't drink my coffee today it was so nasty and chuncks at the bottom and no one would do anything to help me I won't be coming back here do to this happening every single time I come here be nice and Do better!!!

normally these guys are great and i appreciate that they are even open right now when so many places are not. However, my wife just brought me what was supposed to be a toffee nut latte, was marked accordingly, but was black coffee.
