When hasn't Starbucks white chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup ever been not great? The answer is NEVER! I love Starbucks. I just wish they would bring half price happy hour back on Thursday!
I don't usually write a review on chain stores but the baristas at this location are phenomenal! I'm making this my go-to Starbucks. Not just because The barista at the drive-thru window is kind and super sweet but because she is adorably cute. I know My review is very biased
Customer service always great, but today I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and was told at window after ordering my drink there were no venti straws. Please don’t allow customers to order venti Frappuccino’s if you do not have the proper straw to give them. I couldn’t finish my drink and my straw kept falling down into my cup which really sucked. Would’ve been nice if he made me aware that their were no large straws for a Venti. I would’ve ordered a grande instead. My Frappuccino is normally better wasn’t that good today also.
I love this location (walking distance from downtown Fishers) and the staff. I am always greeted upon entering and the employees go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The decor is unique and although it is a busy location, it still has a vibe-y coffeehouse feel to it. There are a variety of seating options suited for larger group meetings or casually meeting with a friend.
I order my drink on mobile at 8:11 PMWhen I come to the Starbucks store they said they close. The door is lock.But on the website they open at 5Am -9Pm ????I lost my 4 dollars for no reason…
Great experience. I stopped by this location and went through the Drive Thru. Definitely started my day off right with the fast service, correct order (as I ordered more than 3 things), and very friendly staff. An employee named Aster took my order and handed it to me at the window. They cheerfully took my order and greeted me with a smile. Definitely makes me want to come back to this location. The employees’ teamwork this morning was excellent as I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with about 4 cars in front of me. Great job!
Ariella was absolutely wonderful. These days it’s hard to find great customer service anymore. But she was exceptional. Had an issue with my drink but it was made right by management. They definitely are a good crew all around . Thank you ?

Drink was wrong twice and I didn’t have time to address it again. But, baristas should be trained that when a drink has a shot added that regular coffee shouldn’t be poured on the top of an iced drink as the way to fix it.
Their food display had multiple flys inside, which is just awfully disgusting. Also no honey or agave for Medicine Balls. Never going their again.
