Service is nice but super slow. Needs more training or to carry paper to write order. One server doing the best he can. Manager more interested in entertaining his family than interacting with his guests or clearing tables.Not the best first experience
Sorry but there’s no conceivable way that this place has a realistic review of 4.4. The server had to repeat her order back on three separate occasions to get it right we waited 45 minutes for the first round of food. Food was subpar at best. Roasted tomatoes on the margarita pizza with sun-dried tomatoes out of a jar. The best thing on the menu from all the items we ate was a Caesar salad with soft croutons. The meatballs were undercooked. Staff aren’t engaged in those that were we’re not properly trained. Definitely not a place I would spend your money at.
We walked over here because we didn’t want to wait at Sahms. It had plenty of empty tables so we got to sit down immediately. Sometimes you don’t know what to expect from restaurants that aren’t super busy. However, this place was great. There was a good menu with lots of variety. Everyone liked their food and service was quick. Really nothing to complain about. I would recommend the pizza and Mac.
So frustrated. My family and I have always loved Rockstone, but now will not be stopping by anymore. I had come here for many years. They used to have goat cheese, which I would use to substitute the mozzarella cheese. I have a lactose issue and goat cheese was a great alternative. I just found out today, as I am sitting here trying to order, that they no longer have it. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if they even just had the dairy free cheese. There are so many people that have this issue and if they would start carrying dairy free cheese, they would have a chance to try their generally great pizzas…
Took some friends out for a celebratory dinner. The food was amazing, the selection was great, and they allowed us to stay 30 minutes past closing time even tho we were finished with our meals and just enjoying each others company.
Over pandemic this became my go-to pizza place. I had never had it, but before the pandemic, Rockstone was brought in and served as a “late night snack” at a wedding I was at. I didn’t even know it was just 10 mins from my house! So before things went crazy in 2020, I had ordered it a few times. But during the pandemic it was one of my treats to pick up as I really wasn’t dining in anywhere. Their curb side was super convenient. Now, about the the pizza! Crust is ‘just right’ not too thin, not too thick, with nice crisp. Cheese is good, with nice little toasty spots. I like classic pepperoni, the whole pizza is loaded with them, and they are little crispy rounds thanks to the high heat of the oven. I love getting it square cut! The people here are also super friendly.
We live that they offer a traditional AND wood fired crust + a decent kids menu which helps with families♡
Terrible service. Took 1.5hr to get our food and by then it was cold and wet. Grease was dripping off the pizza. The pan the pizza came on was flooded with grease and other unidentifiable materials. Breadsticks are probably good when they aren’t cold and slimy. Cheeseburger was something of its own (Don’t eat it)This isn’t even the worst part. Worsts part of my experience was the horrendous health concerns. There must be hundreds of diffenret life forms prowling around the premise of rock stone. Cockroaches circling my feet while flies fly all around. Nothing was as bad as when a Gian centipede came crawling up the table and onto my food. Major health concerns and overall a bad establishment.Don’t even get me started on what I did to that bathroom. It was bad when I walked in, bite when I walked out… Let’s just say it wasn’t pretty.
Good beers on tap. Big Lug offerings plus more.Very good, light handtossed crust.Have liked most pizzas from this place. Vodkaza was, most recently, really nice.We messed up our online order, but the staff turned-around the addition to our order in no time flat when I went to pick up!! Great service!
Outstanding pizza and Big Lug beers, you can't get much better.
