Good food, friendly staff, dining area has room for improvement on cleanliness. To some of the outlandish reviewers, please put it into perspective. Staffing is an issue everywhere and the people showing up do the best they can.
This was the last time that I shall ever visit this location ever again due to the extreme lack of professionalism and threats that I received. When I entered Qdoba, I was greeted with a very friendly and nice young African American gentleman [whose name I did not get] who did the initial portion of my custom order very professionally. The problem arose when the order was handed to his coworker, Cameron, a young, short Caucasian male with blonde curly. In that, every time I asked for something else to be put on my bowls (salsa, lettuce, cheese, etc.) he rolled his eyes and sighed intentionally loudly so that I would hear him. Then I asked him if he had a problem with my order and if so, could he ask someone else to complete my order. To which he replied "do you want to make a problem", and as saying that he approached the counter much closer to me (almost looking like he was about to fight me). I then yelled back at him to get another worker and his supervisor here immediately in order to deescalate the situation ASAP. It was at that point that another coworker (which I failed to get the name of) who was a tall, young, dirty blonde Caucasian who listened to what the problem was while Cameron was still smirking and saying vulgar things under his breath. Then one of the other coworkers in the back brought his manager (I forgot her name) but she was a short, larger, young women with black hair who I was assuming was his supervisor and then she told me that she "can't do anything except report this to my GM". I am truly furious and somewhat bewildered that this sort of interaction can occur in a safe town like Fishers, and I implore anyone who has the misfortune of getting their order taken by Cameron to immediately ask for someone else to take their order. I still am currently awaiting any communication from both this local office and their corporate office.
If you want a meter check of the worlds condition come to this place. Nothing but young people refusing to work. They're always out of things hours before it's time to close. Sometimes you don't even know there open because the shut off everything and pretend they're close. The sign says they don't close til 10pm and I'll come in at 7:30pm just to be told there out of everything and refuse to cook anymore. It takes over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because everyone work late shift only concern is going home. You can tell that they DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE but these very same people wants to get paid. Corporate needs to shut this place down since they don't want to be there anyway or fire everyone at night to bring in some people to actually do the job. I bet if corporate checks there night time numbers it'll speak for itself. I wish I could give this location negative stars. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.......side note once they get rid of everyone by saying there's no food hours before they close they get on the phones and DO NOTHING instead of making food to serve potential customers. I'll also post pics of this so you can see for yourself........ This 116th Street Fishers Indiana location needs some emergency attention
We got the best service that we’ve ever gotten at Qdoba. We were served by 2 gentlemen. A man with a glasses and a cross necklace and a man with glasses, a beard and a backwards black baseball hat with a white design(that’s not very descriptive but hopefully it can narrow down who they were lol). They were so nice and patient!! (My mom can be sort of difficult and they were both very patient). And they had wonderful attitudes! They definitely need to be recognizedAgain best service ever at a Qdoba! Unfortunately we live downtown, so this isn’t very close to come back to frequently.
Staff was friendly, but the resturant overall lacked upkeep. Over half of the lights inside were burned out, only one worked over counter. The unopened supplies were stacked in the booths along the side, and the store was out of coke products.
Cleanliness is something that needs to be worked on in this location...So decided to give it another try. The management team was completely different and now it's clean thoroughly enjoyed the experience... Kudos to the team!!!!

The store was dirty inside. All the tables needed cleaned as well as the floors. Shipment boxes all over the tables and the food was just warm to temp. I felt more comfortable eating in my car.
Every time I go here it's something new. Today it's open at 1230. How do they stay in business? Went for my 30 minutes lunch, waited in line watching the 1 person making food walk away tofix a receipt printer for online orders. Next day downloaded the app ordered 3 tacos at 430 to be ready at 6. No tacos, said one order in front of mine... deleted the app and got a refund. Now they didn't open until 1230 when lunch is over?? Sorry but someone's not doing there job...
The food is shrinking. It seems every time I go in the burritos are smaller but the shell is the same size. It's hardly worth paying that much for at this point. The service was good and the food tastes good but to much money for too small a size
