As I type this I've been on hold 10 minutes waiting for the manager to take my call. We ordered 2 regular beef sandwiches with sweet peppers and they gave us spicy. It even says sweet on the receipt. Still on hold! If the manager had answered my call before I finished type this review I wouldn't have posted it. Too late!
Unique fast food. Great hot dogs. Burgers can run anywhere from dry to super greese filled though. Italian beef is very juicy. All in all, we love this place and go out of our way to go to Portillo's.
Love the “feel good, feel full” of this place. Good place to hang out with friends and grub.
I'm from Chicago so Portillo's runs in my veins. I remember when they gave you lots of beef in your sandwich!! Moved to Minnesota, when they opened up there, it was bland with not the right buns. Just off. Lines around the building, what the heck?? But here in Indiana, it's what I remember minus the amount of beef, but it's still worth a trip. Love dipping my fries in that cheese sauce and dribbling on my beef. This location was clean (bathroom too), attendant on duty cleaning tables, etc. and two people waiting customers. I got my food very quickly and it was hot.

Tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and I am very happy I did. Very good chicken. As always the fries and onion rings dipped in cheese is amazing. Loved my visit. Would recommend

I come from the Chicago burbs and Portillo’s was one of my go-to places. I was beyond thrilled to hear they were coming to Fishers. Gave me a true taste of home. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu but the beef (extra gravy) with fries and a shake … a pure delight!
This was the first time I had a bad experience here. We T through the drive thru ordered two pieces of cake and 2 soft drinks. No one was ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes to get my items. Usually it is a phenomenal experience, this wasn't one of them
Great food and great staff. Desserts were the best. Chocolate cake and strawberry shortcake are both a must have!
