This location Pizza Hut in Fishers need to be closer to me. The Eastside on 10th street Indianapolis was horrible a month ago. I had to return it and get a better one and that one still wasn't what I expected.?
I like this location. I wish they delivered to my house but it is always a good experience. I only wish the rewards were a little better.
I usually order from Papa Johns. However, I have since moved to an area of Fishers with a Pizza Hut nearby. I placed an order tonight for their 5 topping large special. I spoke with the manager Nick. He answered the call for delivery. I was very specific in asking how I would like my pizza. This was the best damn pizza I’ve had in ages.Kudos to the manager Nick for serving this killer pie. Sincerely, I can be hard to please and it’s flawless. We’ll done Pizza Hut of Fishers on Olio!Don’t leave too many reviews unless it absolutely necessary. Ordered a pizza for pickup and came in and paid for it. Waited around for a few minutes as the cashier looked lost looking for my pizza. Came and told me that he can’t find it and he told me “I don’t know what to do.”Uhm maybe remake the pizza? Lol.Guys come on I was in the pizza business for 2 years before my current line of work it isn’t difficult to get a customer a pizza that they paid for. And definitely shouldn’t tell the customer “I don’t know what to do” and had to have me tell them to remake it.Also no discount was offered for them losing my pizza I had to wait around for. Originally told 10-15 minutes turned out to be 50 minutes.
When the delivery guy arrived he informed me that they were out of large pizzas but they had replaced it with 2 mediums. He made sure I was okay with that before he left and I appreciate him and the company doing that
Pizza was fresh, well made, I was happy with the amount of toppings and the experience
We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, wings and cinnamon rolls. There was a 90 minute wait, which is understandable on NYE. When we got the pizza home it was dry and could tell it had been sitting for a while. It didn’t taste good tonight.
Pizza was slightly overbaked, as was the cookie,making them just a little dry. Taste was good, though.
Get the order correct and reduce the drive up window wait time. Get organized!!! They had to remake my pizza as somehow it got lost. They gave me the wings I ordered but they were not hot by the time the pizza was ready. Keep orders together and hot.
Everyone in the store was nice but the pizza was low on sauce. Many pieces did not appear to have any sauce. I hate to order extra and then be swimming in it when I just want the right amount of sauce.
