POOR EXPERIENCE at FISHERS, CROSSING DR LOCATION.Online order for curb curb side pick up. Pulled toward the door instead of parking lot bc it was rainy and as the employee was making way to my car he stopped under the awning with the boxes in hand saying “I don’t want to get wet, sorry (chuckled)”. Before I could do anything my wife got out in the pouring rain to take them from him. What is the point of curb side if your going to make the customer get out of his/her car?What’s even more confusing is how we had the window down and this teenager rejected still when it’s apart of his job..And the pizza was cold and the 2 boxes were drenched. Want a refund!!!!
Ordered on-line for pick up and it was ready within about 10 minutes, very quick and efficient!
this store is proper. Ran well, and every time I go get a pizza it’s been a kind and polite young person who gets the job done. Glad this is the pizza spot close to me
Always our go to pizza place. We have a particular order and this store always provides the best product. We like light sauce and well done crust with lots of banana peppers. This is the store that brings the goods and serves it with a smile. I never have to worry if I'll get my order just the way I asked. All the associates appreciate the specificity of the order and I understand it is often duplicated, lol.
All around bad experience. 2 hour wait for cold pizza. Highly doubt we go back.
I ordered the Philly cheese steak with double meat. Pizza had very little meat and double ranch sauce which I didn't ordered. Plus the dough was undercooked so much that it stuck to the cardboard box. Not a very good Pizza tonight.

I called to place a delivery order a hour before closing. Pizza was marked delivered and never delivered. I then called the location after waiting a hour and a half and they stated they did not get my order; which was false because I received a confirmation email that the order was received. I drive to the location and a staff member sees me pull up and runs to the back with the door locked. This place is beyond unprofessional especially at night. I called the following day spoke with the manager Jordan and she was able to refund my pizza and get a new one out to me. I would not recommend this location unless this is professional staff during the day..
