I can't tell you how annoying it is to pay for an order in the app, get there to pick it up, only to be told (time and time again) that due to supply issues they don't have the items I bought. It's becoming ridiculous. If you truly can't get the items (pastries, souffles, etc) in, then stop offering them on the app as available.
Unfortunately one of the dirtiest Panera breads I have ever been to. They may be short staffed but still, basic cleanliness is a place serving food is necessary.
I want to talk about Io by name! (I think that’s how you spell it!). Absolutely wonderful guy. Was very friendly, quick with service, polite, and wished me a wonderful weekend! He also double checked a question I had to make sure he gave an accurate answer AND that I got what I needed with my order! Awesome store and an awesome guy! GO IO!
Today marks the day of a new era. 5/10/22.The story of my relationship with Panera Bread starts back when they had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread and salad. They also had the good Baha Mac n Cheese then. During this era, Panera and I were inseparable. Then the dark ages happened. The BBQ chicken items were removed and the Baha Mac n Cheese had a recipe alteration. I would compare my relationship with Panera during these times as middle school best friends who did everything together and then growing up to be mere pals who said hey in the hallways of our high school and nothing more. I didn’t dislike Panera during the dark ages, we just weren’t close anymore. I since begun college in a town with no Panera nearby and our relationship grew more distance.Then the summer of 22 came. I am back home and decided to pay a visit to an old friend. To my surprise there are new menu items. I decided to order a pick 2 with the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad w/ Chicken and the spicy chicken sandwich. They hit. They are grand slams. The other new items all look good, even the soup and I hate soup. It was hard to only pick 2.Panera Bread, it is great to be best friends again. I have missed you so dearly.
NO one answers the phone and they messed up my lunch order. I have tried to call for the past 3 hours and they dont pick up the phone. This is the reason why I keep telling organizations to stop using this store for deliveries. They over charged me for food I DIDN'T even recieve
I want my 20 dollars back! I got a delivery and it came quite quickly, so good on door dash. When I got my bag it seemed a little light. I ordered a bowl of soup, and a sandwich. Soup comes with a baguette and sandwich a bag of chips. Neither the chips nor the baguette we're in my bag. The bag was still sealed so I have no evidence to believe the door dash driver ran off with them. Last, while it tasted good, the soup was supposed to be cream of chicken and wild rice. They clearly cut it with water because it was very very runny. Not like it should have been. Overall poor experience, and a good reason why I very rarely have anything delivered.
This is absolutely the worst Panera ever. Spoiled brat privileged rich kids who act like complete idiots (maybe it's not acting) I stood there for 15 minutes at pickup waiting for my order that was supposed to have been ready. The employees ignored me, were shouting obscenities in the kitchen extremely loud. One lady walks to the counter as if to address me ...nope she's making herself a drink and proceeds to drink it in front of me giving me the snobby rich white girl face. So I left, cut my losses. What trash. Trash trash trash.
Try the new chicken sandwich from Panera. It was really delicious. When I got back home I added some blue cheese dressing with some hot sauce yummy. Next time I'll try the crispy sandwich. I just love going to this location it's so clean. The workers are super nice there will be back soon
Small blonde,big attitude! This person has no business being in customer service!They laughed at me when I have a severe condition!!!!! It only gets three stars because this location is usually very good!
The worst service I have ever had a Panera or any drive through window. They also do not answer the phone.I ordered a salad and two bagels with extra cream cheese. I was given my salad with one burnt bagel loose in the bag(not wrapped in a bag or napkin, with no cream cheese at all let alone extra. I drove away before realizing I didn’t have everything. When I went back to the drive up window a different person was there. A young gentleman. He answered the window saying, “Are you the one who forgot a bagel?” Like I knew I was missing it. He handed me my second bagel with cream cheese but no extras. I told him I had requested extra cream cheese. He rolled his eyes at me and said they were in there. I said no I ordered two bagels and I have two cream cheeses when I should have 4. He rolled his eyes again and went and got the extras with an attitude. When he came back I said for the record I did not forget the bagel your co worker forgot to give it to me. It wasn’t his fault, I wasn’t trying to blame him only correct his awful choice of words. He said, “I wasn’t even around, I just got back from my break it’s not my problem.” Then quite literally slammed the window closed in my face.When I tried to call to speak with a manger no one answered. I tried TEN times over two hours (in between meal times when their call service said they would be less busy).They do not seem to care a lick about how they represent Panera or themselves.
