I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food was absolutely awful. It tastes like they are serving frozen TV dinners. First we ordered fried pickles and a chicken tender kids meal and my husband ordered a California salad with grilled chicken. When the Salad came out I immediately could tell something was wrong the chicken was whiter than a piece of paper and look like rubber when we tasted it it tasted like canned chicken. The chicken strip kids meal seemed ok at first. Until we realized some of the strips didn’t look cooked enough. The broccoli I ordered looked like it was frozen and then boiled for days. My condiments had stuff settling in the top as if it had been sitting in heat. And to top it all off our server was very unattentive I did not get her name she had a pink lopsided mohawk absolutely do not recommend anyone take their families here or anyone waste their money on this absolutely atrocious food!!!
Went a couple of months ago and had a bad experience. They had just had an employee walk out so it took about 30 minutes to get waited on. We had to essentially go and get a waiter every time we needed something. They should've closed instead of claiming that they could still offer acceptable customer service.Decided to give it another chance last night because I was craving chicken tenders. Well, one of my tenders ended up having a long hair fried into the batter. So I lost my appetite and decided to ask for a replacement plate, but the waitress only offered to replace the tenders and not the baked potato. I didn’t have too much of an issue with that, but then when the tenders came back there were only 4, when I had gotten 6 originally on my plate.Lastly, it took forever to get waited on since our waitress was run ragged waiting on one entire side of the restaurant. I know this isn't her fault. Management really needs to do something to entice more people to work on their team because this was the worst service experience I've had in a while. Knowing that a worker walked out makes me think that this is a place that possibly harbors a toxic environment for their employees, and I don't want to give more money to this place if so.Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.
We had a real good dinner. Service was great and food came out quickly. Very satisfied with our experience
Good service and the food tasted good. It seemed expensive for the amount I got, but I think it was because I got seafood. Will have to try something else next time
The honey drizzled chicken was excellent. The staff that greets customers consistently seems incompetent. Why does it take 2-3 people several minutes to figure out where to seat a couple in a restaurant that is 2/3 empty???
Ordered two family meals for the super bowl well in advance of the game for pickup right before the game started. They had it ready right on time and the staff was super friendly. Food was a hit and everyone enjoyed it.
Normally O Charley's is solid experience for a chain restaurant. This particular evening was pretty lackluster. Everything was well seasoned except the burger itself, which came across bland even with the garlic cream cheese and bacon jam. Both the burger and steak were overcooked. We will probably try again, but this particular trip just didnt quite hit the spot.
Kristi was great. She was prompt with greeting us and getting us seated. She answered all of my friends questions about the menu with ease and brought our food out at a decent time.
The last few times my kids and I have came to this location, the service was less than great and tonight was our last try. LUCKILY, we had a wonderful server. I believe her name was Christy. She was friendly, prompt, and best of all a funny woman that kept us with smiles through our entire dinner! Our faith in Ocharleys has been restored! Definitely will be back to see our new favorite waitress! Food was good, service was exceptional! Go Christy!
One of my favorite restaurants, although they were out of loaded potato soup ? food, was still great and good customer service.
