Have loved this place for years, but I hate the fact that every time I come here, I end up throwing away a massive bag of trash and plastic. Go back to using real bowls and silverware….feel like companies have used covid as an excuse to to go to all single use items when you dine in. A dishwasher gets hot enough to kill anything on it. And it’s worked fine for years.
I visited this location today on 3/6/2022 at approx 2:30pm to speak with the manager about an order issue from the day before. He not only replaced the order and resolved the issue.. he EXCEEDED expectations. And to ensure everything was correct he prepared the order himself. This is how customer service is done!.I hope the owner or General Manager Spotlights this manager for excellent service and for setting an awesome example for his team.
Pad thai was great and they have plenty of different noodles related meals, recommend 5/5 times if your looking for noodles
Thank you to the Noodles and Company employee on 96th St that took a little extra time to arrange the meatballs into the shape of a penis with testicles, literally creating food porn, for my kids to see.
I haven't been to Noodles in awhile. Closed in Broad Ripple. Sooo good!
Customer service was excellent. My wife loves noodles and company and was very pleased with the food and the experience. I would agree that the food was good and service was excellent and would recommend. In ,2022 there are a lot of places I would tell you to avoid. This is not one of them.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They close randomly through out the day and evening for short periods of time and they lock their doors and post signs that say we’re not closed we’re “SIMMERING” ???? Like what does that mean. How long are you simmering??? I called one evening to make sure they were open because I was pressed for time and I didn’t want to waste my time or gas if they were closed or “simmering”. They said they were open until 10 pm so I get there only to find a sign on the door that says they’re not closed they’re just simmering. I kind of lost it at that point and knocked on the door until they opened and I tell the manager I just called and they said they were open, he’s yelling at me, there was a lady standing with me outside in the cold knocking as well because she had just placed an order online and paid for it only to find the doors locked and a simmering sign!!??? The manager told me to get the FU#K OUT, yep you read that right. He told me to get the F’ Out! Their managers are unprofessional and I can see this place going out of business soon for the way it is operating and the lack of courtesy and communication it is providing to their customers. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!! I hate writing bad reviews but this place is by far the worst place I have ever been to. Just drive the extra time to go to another location.
Friendly staff.Food was delicious as usual, although one entree was barely luke warm.We ordered one small drink and a water. We were billed for 2 drinks at $2.50 each.Tables were clean.The main reason we chose to eat here was for the yummy Rice Crispy Treats, and they were out!Bonus points for the young friendly staff that showed up for work though!Good job.
I just love this place...and I always use chopsticks!!!
This store is always on it and never messes up. But my complaint is with the company itself for getting rid of the beef stroganoff. Deeply upset.
