Order was taken incorrectly twice at the drive thru. Then I was given the wrong order..it was meant for the car waiting in the pull-ahead spot. I caught it before I drove off. Then I received my order. See the pic I’ve attached. What a mess..almost even looks like an attempted bite. I discovered this once I got across the street to the grocery store so I came back. They were just making their way out to the guy waiting in spot #1 for 1 sandwich..which was a solid 7-8 mins after I left. ?? Manager gave me a new burrito and apologized. She was quick and pleasant. She gave me 2 burritos even though I only needed 1..she said breakfast was almost over. I gave it to the greeter at the grocery store ?

The staff was pretty nice...the coffee I ordered tasted burnt so I went to the counter and the associate made a fresh pot and bring it to me and apologized about the coffee...

While normally this location does a decent job, our service today was sub-par. We ordered using the app to save time and while they did get the content of the order correct, the fries and nuggets were simply inedible. I do not know for sure but think that the oil in the fryer was extremely old, which should not be the case for the lunch rush on a Saturday. We ended up leaving and purchased another meal from a competitor.

I come to this location whenever I'm in town. It's usually a 50/50 chance whether they're busy or not. Today's visit was different, though. I was waiting in the drive-thru for my mobile order, and the waitress that reviewed my order called my name and we talked for a bit before I moved up in line, making my wait seem shorter than it was! It's not an expectation, but it was a fun experience!

First time I have ever left a review on my experience at restaurant but this experience was one of the worst. Horrible customer service, very rude and inpatient employees at the drive through. I will drive a little further to another going forward or skip McDonald's all together. Never a good experience at this location

Latino manager (noting race solely for owner to recognize) with poor leadership management skill. He had me wait for 5-6 cars pass and he never took my order but pretended l twice like he was initiating it. Got to the window and refused to tell me his name and said he was nobody. He aid he was too busy to help me. He never once apologized for having me sit there for an extra 10-15 min. I’m a black woman and I’m appalled by his dismissive and rudeness. He needs to be demoted. Why wouldn’t he acknowledge me as I waited or apologize for the wait? This store needs better training and I won’t be back to support it.

It's mcdonalds.....excellent addition in having THE rudest staff in the continental United States...and you have .... McDonald's. With rude people. = not as good of a meal. And thatp means you'll find yourself reviewing them later in the day. Don't find yourself reviewing them later in the day.

The (what looked to be) Manager David should be retrained on how to run a store. My friends and I come through the drive thru, and all I had asked for is a Coke, while my friends got some food. Well, we didn’t get the Coke, so I went back to get it. David, amongst many things, decided I couldn’t get my coke because I didn’t have my receipt, even though we had literally just gotten our order. Even after listing the entire order from memory, he still insisted I needed the receipt and that he “didn’t remember me.” He proceeded to try and be difficult about things until I brought the food bags full of our order and showed them to him, to which he replied that I still needed my receipt, but he’ll go ahead and “give me a free soda.” TL;DR McDonald’s manager forgot to give me my drink, then argued with me for 5 minutes before actually deciding to give it to me.

Consistently quality food and faultless preparation of food and drinks!

Slower than hell. My 3rd time in drive thru and each time was a 20 minute wait. Less than 6 cars each time. I'm never going back to that one.
