The service at this location has improved greatly over the last year. Majority of employees have been very pleasant and helpful. We get food here two to three times a month and have always received the correct order in a decent amount of time. Sad to say you don't expect much from any McDonald's, but the management at this one is doing something right.
Went there today 3/13/22 to get lunch it was not busy at all and the wait was way to long I ordered a Big Mac meal with a large sprite and we didn’t get straws with our drinks and instead of a sprite I got a water so our order was not correct this experience was horrible will not be going back to this location almost as bad as conner street in noblesville
This location is terrible, the service takes forever, the staff overall is rude(there are two exceptions, young lady in the head wrap, and the fella that works up front). Like many new fast food places, this location has a "self order" option, I do not prefer to do this as I have a gluten allergy. I've waited as long as ten minutes to be greeted here before being asked what my order was. This is my 5th time here, and now I just flag someone down lol. It's close to work, so I'm holding out hope. But needs a complete overhaul, starting with the supervisor.
Great food and great staff just try and get food out quicker but it's a 5 star
Open till 11:00, pulled in to the drive thru @ 10:20 and there's a few employees out front smoking. Pulled up to the speaker (where they could see me) and waited a few minutes. Finally threw out a few "hello's" and.... silence. Pulled around to the window, waited a few minutes.... more silence. Finally left and they were still standing out front like I was not even there.Highly unprofessional!!!
They have good customer service but I'm so burned-out on McDonald's I tried to avoid them as much as possible, the fish sandwich is pretty good though but like most fast food restaurants if you look on the menu it shows a big piece of fish between the Buns but of course when you order it and you open it up you have this tiny little square of fish it's like that with every sandwich they have
I went to get the BTS meal and I guess a worker got someone’s order wrong?? They yelled “YOU MCF**KKED UP”
So I placed an online order and went to the drive thru for pickup. The young man had me pull to the second drive thru window. When I got there a woman asked what I wanted. I told her I was picking up an order from the app. She told me she had no app orders. She started literally shooing me away. Very rude I asked her if there was someone I could talk too considering I was charged and got a notification to pick up my food and she said they didn't have the order. The woman got loud and told me the only person I could talk to was her. The same person who's telling me to leave. I understand this is mcdonalds and not a gourmet restaurant but come on. I've never been treated this rudely by a McDonald's employee. The lady acted as if I was a hobo begging for food. I'm literally a paying customer that just wanted to know where my food was. I will never return to this McDonald's again.
Burnt the crispy chicken can't believe they really served that to anyone
Waited at drive through just to get lukewarm fries,,, opened my sandwich and cheese was 1/2 off ?
