I have been here 4 times giving the benefit of the doubt and EVERY single time I come, I keep receiving rotten lettuce on every sandwich. This is really getting unacceptable and ridiculous
Quick and accurate service, ordered through the mobile app to speed up the process. I like that they are not like the other 2 lane ordering drive thru that are supposed to increase speed of service allowing the handlers more time to get the orders processed which never happens. This location has shown that you can process orders with a single ordering station and still beat the wait time at other locations.
If you are reading this, you like McDonald's, right. Well this place serves McDonald's food..so if that is what you want go here. If not...don't.They have all the things you will like if you already like McDonald's: burgers, fries, stuff. Enjoy
The fastest McDonald's in the midwest. The drive thru line seemed very long. We decided to park, but by the time we did we would've almost been at the window. Food came in no time and was hot and fresh.
One of the better McDonalds in the area - 90% of the time I get friendly staff and I've never had my order be incorrect.
For once this location was quick and efficient. I always use my app to order ahead and the line here in the drive thru is insane waits no matter how many people are in line.
I guess it depends on who's working, so that shows that training is an issue. But this time when I was there everything was right. The chicken sandwich box was on the bottom, the fries were next to it in the upright position, not dumped all over, and the napkins were on the other side, on the side, not on the bottom covered in grease. And the service was great and friendly. And it only took a few minutes to get through the drive-thru.
Was told bc it was 15 before closing m y wait would be longer bc they'd make it to order. It definitely was not. Fries and burger were almost ice cold. No warmth at all.
Manager from evening didn’t even get order right he was given a mobile number for coupon he act annoyed and stated it didn’t have to be a meal in order to use coupon . I didn’t even order a meal. Then he changed it and pretended he added coupon but still charged me the same amount. PEOPLE LIKE THIS DONT NEED TO BE MANAGERS
New management and staff have turned this place from a 1 to a 5 star. Fast and they always get my order correct. This location is rivaling chic fil a service.Huge improvement from the past.
