Service was TERRIBLE… very slow, so slow I couldn’t wait to get my coffee and it was the only thing that I had ordered I was riding the Hoosier shuttle to the airport. So I left out the restaurant without my order! ?
Morning crew is very good at this McDonald's they work very hard to give you the best they have to offer. Food quality is always exceptional and had a great price they tried to deliver every day!
Horrible service, they hired an old man who I have never seen before and he was so rude we tried using mobile pay to pay at the window and he kept repeating the price even tho we gave him the code to pay. Really disrespectful will not be coming here again
The only McDonalds that consistently gets my order right every time and drive thru always moves quick! Also their ice cream machine is always up and running no matter what time you order, which seems rare for most McDonalds locations.
Ordered from DoorDash took 1 and 30 minutes to get a Mcchicken meal and 20 nuggets once the order finally arrived they forgot straws sauce and 10 chicken nuggets and on top of that all the food was cold. Worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever seen.
So was a good place to eat past 1 1/2 yrs...Now after price hike 4 sausage egg cheese mcmuffins for over $15, sausage burnt muffins not toasted. Go to walmart or kroger buy 8 for $10 cook them yourself. They want to charge Ramsey prices for food my cats won't even eat. Not a problem I understand inflation, but to pay that when a 3yrs old can cook better is unlawful. Lets shut them down until they take pride in their high paying job!!
My favorite McDonald's the play place is nice & great staff. Food is made fresh and no long waits. Dining room is cleaned frequently too.

They like to give medium sized coffee when you ask for a large and still charge large sized price. The lady tried to tell me it was a medium/ large. When medium and large are clearly two different sizes and have different prices.
No ketchup offered with fries. Def need some ketchup to choke this burnt day old fries down.It’s crispy cause their stale.
