Very nice staff and clean. The lemonade is especially good. I had a pecan berry salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, both of which I really liked and I typically don't care for raspberry vinaigrette. I didn't care for the grilled chicken though. I'd definitely get it again without the chicken. My better half had the Savannah chopped salad, which he liked and would order again. We didn't have to wait in line to order on a Wednesday evening around 7:30 and our carryout order was ready quickly.
Not very helpful people first time I've ever done a pickup there and all of the help look the other way I just wanted to pick the food up that I paid for. I didn't really want them to have to do anything.
Take out was ready on time and the quality was good. Not perfect. But good.
The picked up of the order is on time but they need to check if all the orders are in the bag. It is a waste of time to go back and pick up pick up the missing orders. They would enjoy the meal after the long 4 hours wrestling match if they got what they wanted.
This place never fails to deliver great food. Always busy usually pretty fast ordering takes a little while to get your food. Pricey like a high end Paneras but worth every penny
Update: They did follow up and work hard to make it up to me. I did have to go back inside a second time on my next visit because they forgot to put a cookie in the bag, but I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars since they clearly are willing to try and improve and have overall done a good job.I placed a to-go order for chicken & dumplings, which was accepted with no issue. When I opened up my order in the car, I found they gave me a soup instead of the dumplings. I went back inside to exchange the incorrect item and they said they were out of the dumplings. It's VERY disappointing that you would let me place the order and just substitute it out without even saying anything. That is bad customer service.
Long time customer who placed an order through the McAlister's app...which McAlister's then uses Door dash to deliver your order. Waited 40 minutes for my order and at the 40 minute mark received a text message from the Dasher telling me my order was never processed through the restaurant and therefore cancelled. Called McAlister's and was told I needed to reach out to Door dash for a refund (shouldn't this be on McAlister's since THEY used Doordash). Anyways, spent 30+ minutes on hold with Door dash only to be told that McAlister's processed my payment and I would need to get my refund through McAlister's. Finally after 2 hours of back and forth with Door dash and McAlister's, I got the GM of McAlister's on the phone and will get my refund in 3-5 business days! Still hungry and now have a headache. Won't be ordering from this location again!

Enjoyed a great sandwich, just wish the Carrot Cake had been in stock as was shown on the board.
Really great location! Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly and professional. Not much of a wait considering how busy they were. Tables were clean and disinfected. Great place for a quick healthier meal. Food was cook properly with everything I ordered. Will definitely return, and recommend this location!
