My wife and I ordered general tso’s chicken with rice, bourbon chicken with rice and 2 egg rolls. The bourbon chicken had literally no sauce and was bland and rubbery. The general tso’s didn’t even come with rice, which I didn’t realize until I got home. The egg rolls tasted terrible. We both got 4 or 5 bites before losing our appetite completely.
First and foremost, I believe this place has been here since Fishers was still a “town” which should tell you something.I also want to shout out the owner. Years ago, my car died in a parking spot in front of the store and he was outside checking on me and my family while offering us water, etc.As far as the food is concerned, I have since moved across the country and still think about the Gan Pong chicken. It’s actually, truly spicy and I cannot find anything else like it, not even a recipe. As far as “Americanized” Chinese food goes, this place is great.
Shrimp fried rice and spring rolls, but my rice and eggs were scorched ? so the entire lunch had a scorch- burn taste to it. So much for a first visit, I guess.
Loved Mark Pi's for years... this time the recipe for the sweet and sour sauce has changed or maybe it was a batch issue, not sure... won't hold it against them.
I love Mark Pi's! Very friendly staff and everything is always delicious. Great value.
Very good food! Service is excellent! We'll return. Thanks!!
Delicious food that is several steps up from things like Panda Express and your garden-variety Chinese buffet place, and *excellent* customer service. The food definitely costs less than I'd pay for it. Their veggie spring rolls are particularly good.
It used to be great. But the service has gone down to the drains. Plzz stay away from this place
Love this place. I always get the sweet and sour chicken.
I think the best economical Chinese food in Fishers. Meals are reasonably priced. Most are under 8 dollars.
