I love the environment of this bar. For a smoking bar it’s kept very clean with a good ventilation system, and the staff is very welcoming. Well balanced menu and the quality of the food is fantastic! I used to be a frequent customer until I moved out of state, but every time I come into town I am sure to stop by one of my favorite bars and have a few!
This bar is a somewhat hidden gem on 96th street. It looked small, but when you step inside it’s much larger and has arcade area as well. I love this bars cozy vibe. The bartenders are great, very friendly! there seems to be a lot of regulars. It was almost like everyone at the bar knew one another. The food was great too! They stay open late, and do different nights during the week like Karaoke. I’ll definitely be back.
Last three times I've been in the staff was rude and very unwelcoming. None of the days were very busy and we waited a good while for more drinks or to order food. Disappointing because I really enjoyed it before

Customer service was very bad last night. I believe the waitress was named Nicole she has long straight black hair with tattoos on her hands. I yelled “hey”to her to get her attention. I needed my drinks refilled. The music was very loud. She turned her nose up at me. She came back and yelled at me. She told me what I’m not gon do is yell at her. I apologized to her I told her I yelled because the music was very loud I was trying to get her attention. I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful towards her at all. The people next to us said she’s always a nasty person.
This was an unexpected experience! The first thing that stood out was the place was full of and smelled like cigarette smoke! We entered the place and had a quick look around. It was mostly painted black. The lights were dim and had a weird atmosphere. I will say that they have good onion rings! There were too many people who seemed to be on mind altering substances for our liking and the lack of attention from the waitress for is to stay long. I will definitely not be returning ever!
Worst experience ever. We walked in and immediately the vibes and atmosphere were not there with a ton of smoke being in the atmosphere. We then proceeded to sit down where we had a rude waitress who claimed I needed another form of ID and then proceeded to say she would take my ID BUT if they had a bouncer outside that I would not be let in as if the ID wasn’t valid. Will not be returning to such a rude and nasty bar.
I arrived at 5:00pm on a Sunday night. I sat down at a table. There were 3 front of the house employees that I saw. It took 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. She brought me the menu and an ice tea that I ordered. It appeared to me 1 server was doing most of the work. I sat for another 20 minutes without anyone coming back to me. I drank the entire ice tea. I finally got upset and left when a couple came in and the other server sat down with them right in front of me and started taking care of them. When you acknowledge regulars over first time guests, especially after I had sat there for a half an hour, it's time to go. I believe the manager on duty may have been a male and he too sat with these regulars and didn't acknowledge me after I had been there 30 minutes. I got up and walked out. No one seemed to care. Terrible first time visit. No need to return. Best of luck running your neighborhood bar that way. I grew up in a family restaurant that was in the family for 60 years and also managed several others through the years. I usually am pretty fair on my assessments and don't complain. This was an absolute disaster.
I love this bar, it's cozy with good people. Food is pretty good too. Fun relaxed environment :)
