Such a long wait just for somebody to come by and take my order, despite multiple people seeing I was standing around waiting. I literally had to mention multiple times I need to order still for someone to come take my order. Then I had to wait again for the pizza. I understand waiting 10 minutes for the pizza but coupled with waiting 10 to 15 minutes despite no line just for somebody to take my order is pretty ridiculous, making the wait time inside a total of close to a half hour for something that's supposed to be hot and ready. Told 10 minutes but it took around 30 additional minutes.
Ordered a deep dish pizza.....got some square pizza that was not what I ordered. Not happy. Go ahead and ask your friend's to up your star rating. Look at the latest reviews. They are awful...but ask people to up their star rating. Update to today 4/26/22. I asked my husband....."Why would you order another deep deep dish pizza from here?" He says, "I thought they may have made a mistake". So...no.....sent us another square pizza that is not deep dish. This place is horrible. Go ahead friends and family....say how great this place is...so transparent
Hot fresh pizza every time! We also love to have the zesty Italian cheesy bread to snack on for the ride home. It’s awesome!
If I could give a negative rating I would. The front counter help was rude and surly. The pizza was late. When my wife asked about it, the manager lost his temper, started yelling at us, throwing pans, and responded that half his orders were late so,"deal with it ". He was very insulting. We will never go to this location, or any Little Ceasars location, if this is the staff they hire.
Wouldn’t even give them a star. Ordered online and got told the wait would only be 30 minutes, it ended up being 2 hours and then it still wasn’t ready by then so then we went to pick it up instead of being delivered and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes.
I would leave a negative star if I could. The last two times we ordered pizza it took an hour one time and then an hour and a half the other time after being told twenty minutes both times. We thought we learned from that so the next time we went we ordered a hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza. The tall bald employee gave us our pepperoni pizza and when we got home we realized it was just a cheese pizza. I should have double checked before leaving so I will take some of the blame on that one.The above three complaints can partly be attributed to not being able to find employees during these times and then a simple mistake which can all be forgiven as times are hard nowadays. The one-star review comes from my last time there a week ago which will be my last time going to that location. The same tall bald (manager/owner?) that messed up my order last month was screaming obscenities to another employee so loud that everyone in the front could hear him. He then called the employee names and then threw a pan which hit the wall and then crashed loudly on the ground. That is no way to treat employees, especially when customers can hear it.We really like Little Caesars but will only be going to other locations in the future. I feel bad for those that have to work for/with him and it is frustrating as a customer because we have been going there once every week or two for years as it is the closest location to us but we can't support a business that runs like that.Edit: After leaving my review I checked the other reviews and this guy has had multiple complaints over the last year. I can only assume he is the owner because if he isn't he should have been let go months ago.
Despite the staffing issues, they are doing a great job. In fact, the pizza quality has gone up since the owner has been working shifts.
This is me being as nice as I can. Despite Covid, this place has fallen apart. Service used to be quick and friendly. Friendliness is hit or miss anymore but holy cow, you’ll be waiting much longer than the app tells you. Consistently double the time. Unless you’re on a budget, go next door or around the corner to another pizza place: there’s 3 right close by.
Recently ordered their slices and stix promotion. It took 15 minutes to make and when I got it home, it appeared to be a half pepperoni half cheese pizza with a large crust all around it—not the same as the promotional pictures.During my time in the store, I noticed that there food smears across the take out box and behind the counter there was dirt or grease in several areas.
Take forever to get your food waited over an hour for my order. People that order after me received there order before me the first time I ever been to this location and the last time. Very rude and inconsiderate
