They have a great chicken sandwich and if you do the survey on the receipt you get bogo. Older lady at the window is always nice but haven't seen her lately.
Long line, not enough help to serve. Waited over 8 minutes for someone to even come to counter to take order, and order took over 20 minutes to be prepared. Numerous people waiting past us, even to get order taken.
Very slow service. Waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take orders. Waited over 20 minutes for our food. Overheard them say they were out of mac and cheese. When they gave us our order I questioned if we received mac and cheese and was told yes but when I looked it was corn instead.
Waiting in the line for a order of popcorn chicken for my daughter. No way of getting out of line but we have been here for 30 minutes just waiting for our order to be taken and not sure how long it will actually take to get food. We will never come back to this location again. Wish we could give 0 stars this is insane.
Please, if you are going to close the dining area at least clean the outdoor tables, remove the dead bird from the bench, and empty the trash cans! Manager is borderline rude but food is good. They were cleaning the closed dining room ?
Food was good...but not quite what I ordered. The young man working on the cash register was totally inept!

They only had wings and thighs, no breast or legs. Very frustrating when you are there to get a $20 fill up amd only get 2 parts of the chicken
Always has good service, always has what you're looking for, and the service is good and the food is good.
Coleslaw was runny(soupy). Otherwise, good food.
