Messed my order up also filled my drink to the very top with ice i took two sips and it was gone ?
I live 5 min away from jimmy johns in welchel springs past florida road and im honestly outraged that they don’t deliver to me. you lost a very loyal customer bc this is ridiculous I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO IT. unacceptable.
The staff is always friendly. My sandwich is always very good and fresh. I've never had to wait very long either.
This is a very nice Jimmy John's. Menu is typical of course but the service was fast and the workers were conscientious and nice. The clean restroom was also appreciated. Recommended.
Pretty reliable. I'm cheap and only get their slims. Decent lunch for under $5. Never used their delivery. Waits aren't too bad during the lunch rush. It's in an area where the options are limited. Never usually more than a couple people ahead. It's a chain so don't expect too much.
Not sure what has happened over the last few weeks, but it’s been an hour since I ordered my food (1 sandwich and a drink) and it’s still not here. I’ve been standing by the door of our building for 30 mins since they said it was out for delivery. We are 5 mins from the restaurant. We have a tight schedule and a small lunch break, and I won’t be ordering from here anymore since I can’t even get my food by the time the break is over.
I ordered my food for delivery right when they opened at 10:30am. All I got was a plain sim with turkey and a bag of chips. They did not have my food out for delivery until over 30 minutes later. It’s now been nearly 45 minutes and it is still yet to get here and I live only 5-7 minutes away. Ridiculous and not fast at all. Took my dad over 2 hours one time to receive his order.
I ordered a slim one and they gave me a number one also I ordered their ranch and they didn’t give it to me, but this is the first time this has happened so I think it was just the person I ordered from. His name was Stephen
Today I was reminded why I never go to Jimmy John’s. This is how much turkey came on my sons sandwich and the kid behind the counter said that’s the amount they put on every sub. What a joke. I guess this is how the CEO funds his trips to hunt endangered species.
I come here often. They were super busy today but everyone working was pleasant and working fast. Even when a lady was being rude and disrespectful cussing and flipping off the staff they all didn't let it discourage them or return the hateful attitude. They kept working and moving the line along AMAZING JOB! You guys rock and I'm sorry people feel that they can talk to service workers the way she spoke to you.
