Fast service and a tasty pizza. It's not a fancy artisan pizza, but it was really good. The sauce was sweeter than what I'm used to, but it tasted pretty good. Pizza had a generous amount of toppings too.
Not handicapped friendly.Disappointed that they tell me they will bring it out curbside "this one time." Every restaurant in town has drive-thru or curbside now. The young man who brought it out was rude when I mentioned that when I ordered online, it did not indicate that it was pick up inside only. "Sorry about that?" sarcastically
The pizza was pretty good. It's very good for the first few bites, but once you finish a piece it starts to taste pretty bland unfortunately.
Jet's pizza is pretty consistent and I think the deep dish pizza is a better value than the thin crust you get at other pizza places.
My friends and I shared 2 large and 1 small chicken ranch pizzas. This location is about 10minutes away so I used pick up. There were 3 men there, asked for my name, and waited less than a minute for my food. My total was $57, tip was $10. I received my copy of the receipt, it looked great! My first time ordering at Jets, but I rarely eat out.
This review is long overdue. I order pizza from this place atleast 1x per week, many weeks we order 2x per week. And have ordered from here for about 3yrs now. We always order the same thing, 2-large Deep dish pizzas, with butter crust triple cheese on both, and 1 topping on one, 2 toppings on the other. If I have ever had pizza thats any better than this, i certainly dont remember it. And im pretty sure i would remember that. Everytime we order the pizza is always perfect, cooked on point, and amazing. If your reading reviews looking for a place to order pizza from, do yourself a favor.... Order from here. Get the deepdish, with butter crust, and triple cheese. Then whatever toppings you like. This is what reviews are for. You will be glad you did!You just found the best Pizza, you will ever eat.
This used to be the best place to order from, however not any more. Seems like every time the order is wrong, cold, late, incorrect or just bad. Delivery for this location is terrible. If you like the pizza, go pick it up or dine in. Then you know exactly what you are getting and aren't delivered junk.. EDIT: I forgot to add that the price for what you get is not worth it. Your money will go farther and taste better with a different pizza place.
During the last hour of business, the Carmel location was not answering their phone, so I ordered through Fishers and drove more than 20 minutes to pick up my two Pizza order. I paid cash and wasn't really paying attention and realized after the fact that they never applied my discount so I paid MORE than $40 for two pizzas (we usually receive a discount for text orders, plus they had specials. I was not given these specials price or the discount, the guy charged me 100% full price.) They also gave me no receipt ?. We ordered an eight piece Hawaiian and a six-piece Duo that had cheese bread with it. Crust was so hard it scraped up the roof of our mouths, the kids hated it, and there was hardly any chicken on the six piece, much less toppings then what I typically get through Jets near me. I will literally never order from this location again, and I wouldn't recommend expecting any better for anyone else.
Best pizza around! We order weekly or at least bi-weekly.
Horrible service. Waited two hours for pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The manager Ben wasn’t professional. I had to call after an hour and ask if it was still coming…… Ben told me he asked me 2 or 3 times if I was pick up or delivery. I told him delivery and even gave him my address twice. He said everything would be re made and sent out fresh. We got everything and it is absolutely horrible. Everything is hard and taste like it has been sitting out for a couple hours. We love Jets but we will never order again after this bad experience!
