fantastic food and some of the best service I have ever had, anywhere.

It was my first time going to Hiro. Everything was fine until the waiter brought out the food, and after placing my sushi rolls on the table, the waiter knocked over my Arnold Palmer which all of it spill in my lap, on my white shirt and my long jean jacket. There were apologies and they brought over 2 white washcloths for me to wipe off and then cleaned up the mess on the floor and put a “wet floor” sign up next to me. I gave one star because I was disappointed they would not give me a percentage off my bill after the incident. The waiter said she took the $1.99 drink off, so I spoke to the manager who then says it was not their fault the drink spilled on me. Again I asked if they could at least take a percentage off since I had to drive 25 minutes away with my clothes still soaking wet. She said they could take the $1.99 miso soup off. I was disappointed. As an entrepreneur, I understand the importance of client retention and providing good customer service. I told the manager I wouldn’t be returning and she just smiled and said sorry to hear that. Besides that, the food was just okay.

It is an Ok restaurant.It is below my expectations.

Service was an absolute nightmare. Ordered our drinks within the first five minutes after we sat down. Didn’t get them for another 20 minutes. Food was quick, but waited forever for our check and spent another eternity waiting for our waitress to get us cashed out. The icing on the cake was our waitress just giving us our check and suggested rudely we just Venmo each other instead of separate checks. Terrible. Only redeeming quality was the average hibachi food. Won’t be back

This was my first time coming to this Hibachi restaurant here in Fishers, IN. My family, and I first was greeted with our waitress asking for our drinks. Upon receiving our drinks, she then took our orders. Within 5-10 minutes she brought out our soups, and salads. After that it was almost as if we were forgotten. We waited for our main course for over an hour. Watching them continue to takes orders, and seeing the many people who came in afterwards collecting their meals. I was starting to feel upset. So, I called my waitress over to the table, and asked her politely how much longer, cause we could just pay for our drinks soups, and salads and leave? She replied let me go check. I kid you not, she returned with our food. At this point our sea food dinners were at room temperature. I kept my composure. I felt as if I was label not by my up beat personally, and smile, but by my race. I was hurt. Only because I’m a peoples person, and I look at everyone as equals. I’m not the one to judge. This was not a good experience for me, and I will not be back.

First timer. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The sushi was goodand fresh. The only downside was that the portions in the rolls were very small and could be more substantial. Will be going back soon.

Took 40 mins to get my food. It was cold. Also took at least 30 to get our drinks. I’ve been sitting here for 30+ mins now and she still hasn’t grabbed our checks. Awful experience and not worth the wait

Teriyaki chicken was overcooked and taistless. The portion was very small. Fried and breaded vegetables - really?Stay with the sushi and you will be satisfied. Pretty disappointing otherwise.

Food was good. Wouldn't go there to dine in again. Not a cool atmosphere to enjoy when you're paying for an expensive meal. Would rather just order it out. They do not include noodles in their hibachi. I know other places that do. It was good, but nothing to write home about.

Ok, the bathroom was not the cleanest. The dressing on the salad was watery. The spider roll had no crunch at all, couldent even tell if it had crab in it. The sushi was ok, but not at all distinctive. If you like grocery store sushi, you'll be ok here.And the atmosphere? Wow! The food was served on the very finest styrofoam. I guess that saves having to ask for take out boxes lol.
