The buns are 5 times larger than meat patty. Same with ham sandwich. This was bloody AWFUL! Don't waste your money here.
If I could not leave a star I would that drive thru cashier needs to work on taking care of the customers up instead of drive thru only a couple of us ordered food and it came up it sat there 15 mins before she she gave it to us I watched 14 cars go thru drive thru I'm not coming to this one any more I will go to the up the street they are better
The cashier lady came up with a drink and wiped her mouth with her hand after she took a sip. I still ordered a Frisco, it was my 1st time but I took it to go. She looked tired, I order my food and she looked annoyed by me. I didn't want to say anything until I saw these ladies handling food without gloves on. The same lady who rang me up was putting fries in drive thru order. One order was 7.18. Thanks Hardee's, sorry for bothering you. I'll go somewhere else.
Wednesday afternoon about 1:30PM no customers so no wait. Half the menu board was out so it was a guessing game and the wait staff didn't understand my dilemma or communicate well and my order wasn't what I expected but it was hot.
Usually the biscuits and gravy are pretty good along with the service. This time not so much!

Charged us more for our breakfast meal and extra sandwich than what was posted on the sign.The staff was really busy and hustling, but everyone was waiting for a very very long time for our food.Food was delicious, but my croissant sandwich was squished completely flat in the bag.Looked nothing like pic on the sign at the counter.
Great burgers. Lobby closes at 2pm temporarily due to short staff issues
emergency bathroom break resulted in a very yummy brunch stop. I appreciated the extra egg and sausage sandwich; I only paid for two but got three. my boys enjoyed it! and clean bathrooms are always appreciated, especially with my little toddler who is potty training.
After sitting 7 minutes at the drive thru with no contact, I called and the person who answered told me they were open at 6am (when I arrived) and I let her know that I'd been waiting at the drive thru. I waited for 11 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The girl was really nice but they need more help.
