I hate businesses that don't honor their hours of operations. We use to go to Handel's all the time but moved an hour away. We happened to be in Nora/Castleton area so we decided to drive to Fishers for ice cream. It was a Friday night and there was a very long line. We find a parking spot and finish a conversation, no rush they close at 10:00. We walk to get in line and are told by an employee standing in line sorry he is the end of the line. So, we drove with high gas prices and you are going to close early because you have a line? Be careful their hours our flexible if you live far away.

I went to Handel's with my wife and kids to top off our outside activities for the day.Best. Decision. Ever.We are from out of state and have our own usual favorite places for a local treat, but our experience at Handel's this may be a contender for replacing our #1.The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was top notch. My wife especially loved the chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream on a waffle cone ?.My only regret is that we were too busy juggling the kids and enjoying the experience of devouring our ice cream to take any photos to share. ?If you are looking for a real special experience that may mean you gain a new favorite ice cream place, make sure this place is top of your list!

If your looking for really really good homemade ice cream. Handel's is definitely for you. Form a wide variety of flavors too the different ways you can have selection presented (malts, cone, bowl, shake) you can't go wrong. Will definitely return soon.

It was a very nice ice cream shop with very good ice cream and malts and shakes very friendly staff as well You may have to wait a little while as it does get busy.

My first trip to Handel’s was less than exciting after hearing great things. We stopped by on a Saturday night. The line moved quickly! I was very excited to order my ice cream when approaching the window. I asked for a small bowl and was informed it’s 2 1/2 scoops! I asked for something smaller, as I cannot have that much sugar and was told that is the smallest available. I asked to make the small into two flavors so I could share it with my husband, only to be told that can only be done for mediums. I then asked for an empty cup and told the cashier I was literally splitting the ice cream to throw it away. She shrugged her shoulders, handed me the empty cup, and watched me trash the extra ice cream. At this point, I watched them serve a dog a single scoop on a cone…. Not that I’m not willing to pay, but wasting ice cream for no reason is ridiculous and the lack of customer service that came along with it was ridiculous. I can find equally tasty ice cream elsewhere that minimizes waste.

My favorite hometown ice cream shop in Fishers! They always have unique flavors, give way too big of a helping ?, and is just fun to walk to right next to Municipal Court.

Who doesn't love Handel's? Go for a four-scoop sampler and share with someone you like enough to share ice cream with.

Defintely need to stop for their ice creamWe love their 4 scoop trial pack so we can try new flavors all the time

Great ice cream but the parking availability and outdoor seating is terrible. We go to the newer Hamilton Town Center location when possible. In fact, haven't been to this location since HTC opened, I believe.

Tyler was great and resourceful. He was responsive everytime we needed a clue and gave instructions clearly.
