Despite being packed and busy, the line went smoothly and people who waited on us were kind and model employees. I recommend this location. The ice cream was delicious as per usual.
Ever been on one of those random quests for something like ice cream out of the blue? You know, it's almost 10:00 at night, and someone says, hey! Let's go get some ice cream! Sounds great until you realize nothing is open. Except Graeter's. We had no idea it was even there, and after a Google search for ice cream, we were well on our way to getting what we wanted. And not only that, we ended up getting ice cream from one of the most gourmet ice cream places you can think of. Super cool! Love it.
The peach ice cream is fantastic. I like all of their choices, but I'm always glad when July/August rolls around. The service was great, as well, especially since a large crowd was present...despite the crazy road construction! The young women served everyone with efficiency and pleasantries.

God bless the teenagers working—they are super sweet, but super clueless. My mother-in-law asked if a single scoop could be split between two flavors, and they responded that she could order a double scoop but just get less ice cream—and still pay the full double scoop price.Then my husband ordered a single scoop in a cone, but literally got 1/2 the amount of ice cream that I got in a bowl. When he mentioned how little he got to the workers, they just shrugged him. No way his was worth the $5.
Yummy ice cream and good service. Too many favorite flavors to list, but black raspberry chip, mint chocolate chip, and coconut chocolate chip are my go to flavors.

Best ice cream in the planet. Chocolate chips the size if your head and the creamiest since liquid silk. Save your money for some real ice cream. Shown below chocolate coconut almond and another angelic flavor I can't remember
New slogan idea - "Graeter's Ice Cream, So good you'd run 10 miles barefoot on broken glass to get a scoop" ...Where to begin? The experience of pulling up to this fine establishment is riveting. The scent of smoked meats fills the nostrils as you step out of your vehicle and nod to the neighboring restaurant "City Barbeque." As you make it to the front door of Graeter's all of your fears, heartache, and worries stay behind you as you step through the pearly gates of ice cream heaven. You might notice a line of patrons from the register to the door - Don't fear! The friendly and above average intelligence employees know how to handle the usual crowd. This isn't Starbucks! You won't waste your life in a long line just waiting for mediocre coffee and microwaved pastries. No! This is Graeter's, you could wait in line for just a few moments all while perusing the menu trying to decide between what flavor of delicious ice cream you want and it what kind of cone. Maybe this time you'll have the peppermint ice cream in a sugar cone or maybe the s'mores ice cream delicately blended into a delicious creamy milkshake. Before you know it it's your turn to order. With so many options you can't decide. The friendly staff offers samples of any flavor to ease the pain of making the wrong choice. Once you've sampled more than one flavor you're done for. You can no longer decide which one is better. The truth is, none of them are better. You've simply just put the best flavor of ice cream in your mouth that very moment. They're all the best. How do I know this? I know two things. 1) How to please a woman 2) Good ice cream. The answers 1) Treat her to delicious frozen treats like Graeter's ice cream 2) Graeter's ice cream. Take notes y'all. 10/10 from me your friendly neighborhood ice cream fiend!
