We just had the best experience! I’m a nanny for a boy with cerebral palsy who needs food cut up for him and this lady (don’t know her name) gave us two free boxes of doughnut holes that were the perfect size bites for him! Will definitely come back.
The summer crew is doing a great job with the quality and speed of service. By far my fav Dunkin location on north side.
I am a huge Dunkin’ fan so I hate writing this. I understand that it’s difficult to work in fast food sometimes. I want this location to stay open though and get good business. Sometimes the employees can be lazy and absent-minded. I have come here multiple times where they have messed up my coffee order or given me cold food. There have also been multiple instances where I have paid and gotten half of my order and then wait awhile. The person at the window will come back and ask if I paid or need anything— completely forgetting about the other half of my order. I understand fast food places get busy and how rude customers can be. I really think that the employees can improve on their customer service skills and hospitality a lot here though. Please do better.
This Dunkin Donuts SUNDAY CREW needs to step it up. We moved to Noblesville and this Dunkin is the closest to us. Today we ordered Bagel Minis which is my son's favorite and literally the only think that he eats there. We were given BURNT FROZEN MINIS. I don't even know how this is possible but it happened. Literally our bagel minis were frozen on the inside. Ice cold. Bagel minis are supposed to be warm on the inside. Also, we ordered donut munchies. They were cold as well. I have been letting this go for a minute but I had to speak up this time. The previous week we ordered ice coffee and it was watered down and disgusting. The Sunday Crew really needs to step it up. The quality of the food has been poor. Thank you!
I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location doesn’t not know how to prepare food nor drinks and online order Supposed to be faster pick up but not in this location.
Love this place. Friendly staff come everyday and have my order ready and correct. Amazing staff
I place my order ahead of time to "save time" but they never even start it until I get there and literally make other peoples orders while I'm waiting it would be faster if I ordered in store than ahead of time. Incredibly disrespectful to look me in my face and say they will.make more order soon and then make people who ordered after me orders first. No idea what they're doing they have no idea how to run this shop.
Employees (3 of them) all in the back while 4 customers stood up front waiting to give an order. Had to yell twice to get someone's attention
Only stop here when it's my last option. It is a very basic coffee and doughnut shop from the past, but the staff is less than stellar, or quick for that matter
