My first time in this store. Visited approx 7a Sunday morning. Courteous counter person, plenty of additional staff standing around. Store in need of a good deep cleaning, trash removal, parking lot in need of trash pickup, cleaning and refresh. One of the least presentable Dunkin I've been in. I'll try this store once more in a few weeks to see if it's any more presentable.
When they first opened the food and drinks where made with quality. Today I had 7 food items stuffed into one of the smallest bags. I ordered 2 warm up wraps that were packaged together and burned to where the tortillas crumbles, 2 sweet pepper bacon croissants with half strips of bacon and half done eggs, 3 hash browns all burned black. The cashier threw the over stuffed bag into my hand. The worst service ever from them.
I really hope people get more acclimated into providing reviews for the service they paid for. This was the second time that they were our of their iced Salted Carmel beverages. The first time was decent enough, a few days later they were out and the third time I stopped they didn't even have this product or acknowledged it was even a thing. Besides it being plastered all over their building, price wasn't even honored. I was born in Indiana and we travel to the city for work. I've never seen this location busy in years but their is a Starbucks next door. It's 2022 we shouldn't be having health issues with picking up your coffee. I'm trading reviews from people that have to be confused about this place unless the staff is racist, which in indiana is highly likely. Good luck staying open.
While going through the drive thru, I tried to order a couple of things that they were out of. They kept great customer service and presented themselves professionally yet personably. In the end, they gave me a larger sized latte than what I ordered for the very minor inconvenience.
Decent place. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted about 5 mins before I got there, on the app, and it was cold by the time I got home.
Service was fast and good. Easy to access location. But the menu is so confusing that I never wind up getting the donut I want. And I'm not sure even the employee know what the donuts are called because I've ordered the same donut twice and gotten different donuts each time. A menu board with the donuts for the drive thru would be helpful.
I went yesterday for a dozen of donuts , it was 5:56pm, all donuts were moved from were they put it usually , I thought they were closed but I was told they close at 7. The girl Who was helping me was talking loud and laughing with Someone in The back , anyways all the donuts were on a rolling shelf and I was told to choose from there which is very hard to See. Overall I was not satisfied with the customer service I received yesterday.
the service here is always great, and i love going to this specific location. the employees always make it feel so welcoming and it’s always quick and great service! overall it’s a really great store!
Coffee was good. Staff was good. Customers not allowed inside can not see the whole selection.
I was the only person in the store, however, the drive thru was busy, busy. There was only one person working at the time of my visit and she was busting out 1 order after another in the drive thru. Its was incredible to see someone her age making the orders correctly and faster then I've seen a Dunkin Donuts worker do and I'm from New England. Dunkin Donuts are busy there, but they can hardly make one coffee right. It was absolutely incredible to see. I wish I remembered her name. Props to you girl! I'm highly impressed and my "Large Iced Coffee w/ a double turbo shot and 4 pump's of French Vanilla Swirl was phenomenal! Thank you!
