Got a frozen drink, you can taste how dirty the ice machine is. I threw the drink away
Huge shout out to whoever was working at 8am on July 16th, 2022! I have NEVER seen a drive through move that quickly! I don’t even know how they can make drinks that quickly. Give them a raise!
I have been here a couple of times.... received cold coffee at least twice. The flavor was okay though. Probably will avoid in the future.
Excellent iced carmel latte and fast service. Their hummas and tomato on toasted sour dough left much to be desired. The tomatoes were not good at all.
My wife and I visited this DD really excited for the stuffed bagel minis. Upon ordering them we received them and they were just as cold as the outside was (17°). Upset we went inside and let them know. The cashier was fantastic with helping us try and fix it, but the rest of the staff complained that we were complaining. Upon receiving the newly "cooked" ones they were warm to the touch but the moment you bit into it it was slap cold to the point the cream cheese was hard. Never going to return to thus location because of every DD I have ever been to, this has by far been the worst experience ever.
Got there a little late. Didn't get all the donuts we wanted but it was good. The young lady that waited on us was SWEET
Stood inside for an walk in order. And saw about 10 drivethru orders go ahead of me. When I asked if mine went through,was told to wait it'll be there soon. 5 more min later after waiting 10 min. Recieved. Tons of inconsistencies with service here if certain Great employees are not on shift.
Very disappointed- jelly rolls were stale; did not get my apple fritters. Just not with order- said they had them. Won’t be back, however staff was friendly
Slowest drive-thru in the area. Pretty much defeats the purpose of a mobile order when you're in the same ordering line as everybody else, and it doesn't move.
