I cannot say enough great things! We ordered a large order (to feed a 15U baseball team and parents) [Fishers E 116th location]. Ordered online and within minutes management called me to say that the order may take longer than estimated by the online ordering system. And then he called me AGAIN when he knew it wouldn't take as long as anticipated. AND THEN THE FOOD WAS AWESOME! Anyone with teens, or feeding large groups, knows how IMPOSSIBLE it is to make everyone happy. They. Did. The. Trick. We will be ordering from them every time we are in town for baseball! All the love from the 618!!!!
This place is really good, at giving me diarrhea.This place is the worst Donatos location in the United States. Pizza is never cooked right, raw ingredients, horrible and unorganized staff, long wait lines.Don't waste your time or money.
Let me start by saying that we love Donato's Pizza. This location however, has a lot of room for improvement. Ordered two pizzas and breadstick, go to pick them up and they forgot to make one of the pizzas. OK, don't feel like waiting, just give me the one and credit the rest (btw - and the tip - not tipping for poor service). This begins a fiasco that last 15 minutes, should have just had the other pizza made. The person on the front register doesn't know how to credit it, his coworker comes to help. Then what appears to be a manager appears out of the back, visibly ticked off. Not mind you because he has an upset customer but because the first person might have screwed up the cash drawer, this goes back and forth for 10 minutes before he finally issues a credit. Again, no offer of discount for trouble, and the apology what unconvincing at best. Not going to the Fishers location again.

On Friday Dec 31. at approx 11:25 I picked up an order that I had placed online for 2 cheese bread, small cheese pizza, 6 boneless hot wings with ranch and 1 cinnamon bread. It said it would be ready at 11:45, I was early and in no rush so I just thought I would go in and pay for it, when I walked in the guy said it just came out of the oven. I paid for my order and walked to my car. When I got home, I opened an order of traditional dry rub wings that I did not order that were also cold, I opened another order of wings with plain wings with a cup of hot sauce and no ranch. I opened another box and there was my pizza, opened the next and there was my cinnamon bread, opened the next and there was my first order of cheese bread, last box and I opened it… the box was EMPTY. I then proceeded to call the store where I got put on hold for 20 minutes and was never able to talk to someone. I get your busy and most important I get it was New Year’s Eve but for myself I manage another pizza shop and never in my 5 years have had that happen. Very disappointed
We got two sandwiches and a half garlic bread. Both of them were disaster not at all worth the money. We used $5 coupon on $15 order still I feel it was not worth it. I thought its going to be worth it but taste and money both did not meet the expectation.
Service was fine. Food was not. Very disappointed. Quality was about the same as a store bought frozen pizza.
I received and email touting this new store being open. The website also said the store was open. Ordered a pizza for delivery on Dec 28. Approx delivery time was 12:45 pm, noonish.The order was accepted and paid for with a card. I got a text that the pizza was out for delivery at 12:26 then another text at 12:28 saying the order was cancelled and the store closed.The website still says the store is open.Now I wonder if my card will be hit and I’ll have to fight over that.It appears Marco’s, Puccini’s and Jet’s are my go to pizza from now on.
Worst ever. Ordered pizza, never came.
I have been getting Donatos pizza since I lived in Ohio so probably about 30 some years. This is the worst pizza I have ever had. I have tried several times to order pizza from this location but everytime I am disappointed. Tonight I again asked for extra sauce. Again it is dry and over cooked! To top it off the pizza was not even cut!! are you kidding me?? The most expensive pizza around and its dry and not cut. Never again !!
