I understand a shortage of workers, but taking over an hour when we were quoted 32 minutes tops is unacceptable. But taking over 17 minutes to answer a phone is even more unacceptable. One of my friends posted on the issues with this Fishers location, but we still gave you a chance.Then when my wife calls to cancel, you change the status “To being Prepared”, and begin arguing with her.Nope! That is not acceptable! I get on the phone and you immediately cancel, and hang up the phone as soon as I say “Cancel”.

Placed an order for pizza showed up at the expected pickup time about 30 mins later only to be told it would be an hour. The manager was super rude said we would be better off canceling our order and that they refused to do anything to compensate customers. She even slammed her ha fs down on the counter and got an attitude.... I will never buy dominoes again we always have a bad experience especially at this location.

Rude younger guy at counter. I asked for extra, extra light sauce, stating am allergic to tomatoes (online ordering doesn't allow this choice.)....he made my pizza and put so much garlic powder on it and left off the extra cheese I requested that it was inedible!Now an older gentleman gave me my carryout pizza wo collecting my pymt. I went up to counter to pay and a much nicer younger guy that took my money.My last order was good, however, I will never return! ?

Don’t know how this place even has 3 stars. Waiting forever for our pizza watched a whole movie waiting for it and then when we call asking for it, we get hung up on. Call again to be told the manager isn’t there and he’s out delivering pizza and they only have one person delivering and that’s why it’s taking so long. So I say okay so your manager is delivering our pizza? “No, someone else is delivering yours” oh so you don’t just have one delivery driver lol this place is garbage

Order was cancelled twice. I called twice but the call was dropped both times. Domino's has consistently gotten my order wrong such as not adding extra cheese, putting too many spices on the crust, or barely putting any sausage on. At least Marcos always answers when you call them and gets the order right every time

I ordered online and email said approx. 33-43 minutes for delivery and hour and 10 minutes later the tracking bar has not moved off of prep. I tried calling three times and could not get through and their recorded message keeps cutting in and out and disconnected. Finally got through excuse given we had a lot of orders come in. That is not my problem when your app which you chose to use gives an estimate of time you need to honor it. Will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s, but tonight will be the last time I order from this store. I placed my order online close to two hours ago and it has been in “prep” status ever since! I tried calling to see what was going on and/or cancel my order and I have been listening to the recording for 40 minutes, a recording that cuts out every other word I might add! I understand being short staffed and such, but THIS is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I just want a refund at this point, but still can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Going on 3 hours now and no pizza. Managers are lousy and inconsiderate. The replies they’re giving to these reviews are the complete opposite of the response they give on the phone. I called in (after they hung up multiple times) to ask if I could have an update on the delivery status, he held a bored tone and replied with “I don’t know”. That’s all he had to say…No apology for the wait or any proper reassurance. What kind of customer service is that? Especially coming from a manager. Hoping this store closes soon no wonder all the staff are quitting the management is TRASH.

Do not order from this dominoes on brooks school road!! After waiting nearly 90 minutes after ordering online, I called to check the status. A very rude employee would not answer my questions, kept interrupting me and ultimately cancelled my order and hung up!!!! At one point I was told they were going to cancel my order but I was still going to have to pay!!! Threatened me with credit card fraud!! However I wasn’t too concerned because I were going to pay the driver cash when he delivered it. This phone call happened at approximately 7:30 pm on Jan. 21st. This employee should lose their job!!!!

Terrible experiences on multiple occasions. Recieved a free pizza two times in a row because our delivery took an hour and a half...at least they attempted to make it right with the free pizza. Last night was officially the last time we will attempt to order from them. Our pizza still said "prep" 50 minutes after our order was placed...we tried calling the store and was put on hold multiple times. I understand people are short staffed right now, but they have our number on file...the least they could do is give us a heads up OR simply answer the phone so we can figure out what is going on. Once we finally got ahold of someone (an hour and 15 minutes after our order was placed), they were incredibly rude and we were told the pizza can't be made until a delivery driver is available. There has to be a better way to relay this information to customers. Do better Domino's.
