Payton is the best! Great team that cares about the community!
I ordered online (delivery), 30 minutes later I got a text that my order had been cancelled (no explanation). I called the store and they told me they had no drivers, no apology, no idea when or if a driver would be available. The delivery option should not have been available on line if it's not available at the store.
Manager; Caucasian with red colored tent hair. Had the audacity to knock on my door hard then open my door then tell me I couldn't be parking in a PUBLIC parking spot. It was for "safety" reasons. And you better believe he wouldn't try that again.
Tried ordering delivery 3-4 times over about a month. The website lets me put in the order, but then I get called and told that they can't deliver. The worst part is being equal distance between 3 stores and stuck with this one. SORT OUT YOUR ISSUES
Pizza was hot, hottest I’ve ever had, and Anthony is the best driver! His cheerfulness brightens your day
If you are someone who truly enjoys bad service, this is a place for you. There are over 15 different pizza restaurants in a 2 mile radius from this location, so standing out with customer service is something that differentiates restaurants. Arbitrarily cancelling online orders 5 minutes before they're due to be delivered, then screaming "WE AREN'T TAKING ORDERS" and hanging up on a customer, is definitely a way to set the bar lower for all the other competitors. Sadly, that is exactly the experience we had. Domino's corporate customer service decided to blame my experience on the fact this location is "locally owned and operated" -- which is a way to blame the customer for the company's bad behavior. This encounter has permanently lost a customer before I even get to the product.#I would highly recommend that this place be avoided. 100ft away in both directions are 3 other pizza houses. Within 1000ft are a total of 5 other options that will service you better (and that's not counting the grocery store across the street that has many options too).Vote with your dollars elsewhere, don't allow this bad service to continue.
Just close the store. If you do not have staff to full service then most of your customers will go somewhere else anyways. The local Papa Johns doesn't seem to have the same staffing issues so they are getting your business because one of the perks that make people want to order is for the delivery option. No delivery, no customer. I hope it gets better for those of you that still work there, good luck.
Ordering online was easy. Food arrived quickly, hot and was accurately prepared! Great job!
Third time in as many weeks they have accepted my order then called 30 minutes later to say they can’t deliver
Bye bye Domino’s at Allisonville road, Fishers!! Never coming back. Ordered a pizza at 8:26pm today (Oct 12) and reached the store at 8:40pm, and waited for 30+ minutes. The ladies and a gentlemen inside the store are least bothered to inform me that they are not making any more pizzas for the day…yes, at 8:30pm on a Tuesday. Attaching screenshots of my pizza tracker and store hours.Update on Oct 13th:At least have common sense to cancel the order in case if you are not doing it. I prepaid for the order and the order is not cancelled. Funnily, the pizza is still in preparation the next day LOL! See the screenshot.
