I ordered a meal I asked for fresh fries when I complained that they were NOT HOT OR FRESH they re dipped them twice . As if I could not SEE THEM. My sandwich was cold as a result of waiting a I’LL NEVER RETURN .. to THAT LOCATION . EVER !!!!!!!!!
This is the cone I was given…..looks like someone else was munching on it. I ate the ice cream, but not the cone…… for $4.08.Terrible. It was the smallest cone I’ve ever had ….. and had to ask for a napkin…. I got 1…. No more. Unfriendly staff.
Claims they close at 10. Randomly closes 30 mins early but waits to tell you when you’re at the intercom to order with a whole line of people behind myself and waited in line before 9:30. Retail service I’ve always served up until close or your last people. Not the way to run your store

Customer service was rude. Had no idea we were supposed to have tags turned in for kids bags for ice cream after we ate. Made us feel as if it didnt come with meal. We had our 3 years twin granddaughters with us to enjoy Dairy Queen and Ice Cream with sprinkles prior to Chucky cheese. A little disappointed.
Not a great experience today. Started with the employee in the drive thru being short and kind of rude. Onion rings and pretzel sticks were cold and old. The sprite was out and tastes like sparkling water. And my flamethrower burger is very small, like a smaller cheaper burger was made up like a flamethrower. Pretty disappointing.
The people have always been nice, I just dont want to wait 40 minutes for a small blizzard if i come after 7:30. This has happened more times than i can count, and im at the point where i'd be home quicker if i simply went to the DQ on 116th. This place is in severe need of staff
2-11-22, Dining room cold, TV'S turned off, fries luke warm, no Mello-Yello. Burger was very good though.
We've ordered a few ice cream cakes through this store and they do a phenomenal job every time. We just had our daughter and gave the store a general idea of what we wanted - we were beyond thrilled that this was the final product they came up with. We absolutely love the design and decor they chose. The card was so sweet and thoughtful and much appreciated and definitely beyond what was expected. Thank you!
First of all, its 6PM and the lights were basically all off even though they close at 10PM. We ordered a salad, 2 chicken baskets, and pretzel sticks. They completely forgot the pretzels and acted like we never ordered them. Workers were nice but seemed like they just weren't paying attention and were hoping no one would come to order. We had to ask for a fork for the salad when that would be a basic thing that should be included. Food is fine, but service was awful. I recommend just going to a different Dairy Queen.
