Manager Chris needs to be fired. Went there today for breakfast with my girlfriend. (Sunday) generally a busy day so I get that. Waited 30 min for a table. Got the table. Got the order in within 2 min which was GREAT. That’s the end of the good news. Tables near us that got sat after us by a good 5-10 minutes had their orders come first. Our food finally came my girlfriends was cold and mine had the wrong order. When I asked for my order to be fixed they took 10-15 min and I still never ended up getting the right food back. I ended being FORCED to pay for a chocolate chip pancake I didn’t even receive. I shouldn’t have been charged for ANYTHING it was a TERRIBLE dining experience and this is coming from someone who eats out 12x a week. Will not be back. Manager Chris needs to be fired. Forced me to pay and said I would be walking out on a bill and smiled at me as he said it. Worthless low life. Run a restaurant the way the true owners want to and you’ll be paid accordingly.
Went to this location late. I like Cracker Barrel but I find their portions somewhat small. I usually order the MEATLOAF... DINNER PORTION. Somewhat pricey for MEATLOAF but at least it is a good tasting entree. I told the server that I was hungry and to make sure the portion wasn't too small. The kitchen was accommodating and fair. The server pleasant and nice. I was happy when I left.
So hungry…sorry no pics.We had the grandmas sampler, French toast sampler and some meat sampler(forgot the name) had ham, meatloaf, dumplings and 3 sides. All the food was great. Our waitress, Maria, was excellent! She’s definitely keeper. She was pleasant, had a smile on her face and was great at her job. Knew the menu and what to ask of your options. She even brought to go drinks towards the end without asking for them. She knows how to care for the patrons that come to dine here.Place was clean and other staff was cleaning as they went since it was a late dinner for us. I always like to look at the shop to see what the season and possibly find some different items. Currently it’s 4th of July items. Temperature was comfortable inside as I’m usually cold in most restaurants. ?
Been coming here for more than 2 decades. Love everything about it. Love the rustic feel. The store upfront always feels like a museum. Always find something interesting, the old time candies n fudge too are amazing. Yes the clothes I feel are over priced. The food and service always excellent. Love their baked hash brown casserole. Now they even serve wine!
Love love love this location!! And obviously their training program here is working extremely well! Naomi who is young and brand new acted as a very seasoned waitress! She was extremely attentive, friendly, fast, and efficient!! I would have never guessed that she is new. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!! The staff in the store was happy and welcoming! Charming older gentleman at the register!! I will drive out of the way to visit this store again!!!
Great food but did have to wait quite some time.
Food was good. Decent price and size. Not thrilled with the service though. Friendly but unorganized. Would try it again.
Before covid I loved going there on Fridays for the cod fish fry! Maybe it's just the location but it was not right. The fish seemed thinner, it was over cooked and the old oil taste was gross and lingered. The fries tasted like stale oil too! The Cole slaw was great. The server was awesome! My first thought after eating a few bites of the fish and a fry or two was it was total garbage!! 100% Next time I will try another location.
Received a nasty bout of food poisoning from this Cracker Barrel on a Sunday night dinner order. My partner and I were both sick despite ordering different things. Curbside is a joke. Inside was completely slammed and clearly shortstaffed. This restaurant must have allowed a sick employee to handle food. Unbelievable. Never coming here again. Proceed with caution.
Always a perfect meal. The music was a little loud. However very clean, good service very awesome. Our server was extremely good. Recommend for everyone.
