Quite a nice dining experience. Been there about 3 to 4 times over the last 2 month and has been a pleasant time. Nice place to escape the summer heat. Employees are always nice and quick to cook and prepare our food. Nicely decorated with plenty of seating.
Horrible experience. 30 minutes left before they closed but they were so focused on their closing take that it took a bit to get to us, which is fine. But then we went to order they had no peppers or guac because “the grill is shut down”. So I paid $12 for a dumb bowl that had nothing that I came there for. ?
This place sucks. I love chipotle. My wife does too. We get food here often and rarely if ever do they have enough food made. Almost every time I walk in they are missing several different things and I almost walk out every time. Never once has anyone even apologized for such bad preparation and service. Not sure what needs to change but this place really needs it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived at 9:05 PM to the 116th street Chipotle only to find the dining room was closed (there were two tables of customers eating inside). This location is is supposed to close at 10:00. I knocked on the door but the employees kept ignoring me so I continued to knock until one came to the door to tell me they had closed early. Another customer told me I could order online and go through the drive-through. While my two teens were choosing their orders, at least eight customers walked up thinking they could get in because, again, that location was supposed to be open until 10:00. Of those other customers, two told me that they were going to Torchy’s across the street. Torchy’s was still open to customers. Our food was supposed to be ready at 9:20, but at 9:20 it was still being prepared. The employee working the drive-through then asked me what size small drink I wanted with my order. Clearly, a 22-ounce Tractor Organic Lemonade had been ordered, not a small drink. We decided to sit outside but when the two kids checked the bag, there was no silverware. At that point, I had had it with that place so I took the kids to the Kroger across the street where I purchased a box of plastic forks so they could eat their food. We had just come from a track meet 35 minutes away and they were hungry and just wanted to eat. Now we’re sitting outside Kroger eating. Nice.
This Chipotle is consistently terrible. I've never had a good experience here, which is odd because most Chipotles are fine. Expect terrible customer service, poor employee attitudes and significant mistakes on your order with a refusal to make it right. I paid for guacamole for 2 items I picked up in the drive through. Neither had the guac (maybe they ran out?) and I tried to get Chipotle to refund my money, but they did not even respond to my online request.
I had about an hour to kill earlier today so I spent my time here. During the time I was there no one ever tended to the dining area and every table needed to be wiped down, the trash was overflowing by the main entrance, plus there was a kitchen employee with saggy pants showing several inches of his light blue underwear. The counter staff was very friendly and nice!
This location has gone completely downhill. The last two times I’ve ordered pick up have been TERRIBLE. Most recently, I ordered a pick up order through the website. I arrive and there’s 12 cars in front of mine (not exaggerating). After sitting there for 10 mins and not moving, I walk inside. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before anyone spoke to me. When I gave the staff my name, she said I’d need to wait for someone else to help me. There were 3 people working the carry out area. The two teenage boys were laughing and talking, working at a snails pace despite the orders overflowing and cars waiting excessive amounts of time in the pick up lane. Finally someone asked for my name and my order wasn’t ready (despite the pick up time being 30 mins earlier). The staff then gave me my order, with a kids meal, chips and drink missing and the hot sauce spilled in the bag all over everything as I walked out. When I came back in and asked them to remake it, they refused. When I asked for my chips, they said they were out. I asked if they refunded me for the chips they were “out” of, to which she said no and to contact the website to figure it out. Currently trying to find a customer service number to get a FULL refund. The other items weren’t prepared correctly and we could’ve even eat it because the salsa seeped into the other food items. ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
This was the most bizarre experience that can be summed up to poor management. They only had one person running the drive through and take out orders and one person doing the dine in orders. The issue being, the person stuck doing online orders was slammed with easily 10+ orders and no one dining in, yet the other person refused to help. He would literally walk to the back and talk with another employee while the online person was busting out orders. It took about an extra 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby while the guy decided to leave their coworker out to dry and didn’t even bother helping with my or another person’s order. During that time frame he did complete 3 orders for dine in customers so obviously they could have helped.
A worker named Dylan Z. ( visible on name tag). Was rude and was visibly sick. He did not listen and I spoke clearly. He also insisted on trying to make me order items that I did not request to allow an uncharge on my order.Impressive how they're working people who are clearly ill are working or allowed to work around food.Your personal health and safety is a risk. The Health and Safety that says staff required to disinfect surfaces is also no true as well. The building was very disgusting and the worker mentioned before was also very uncleanly himself, very sweaty and he has no hair protection.
I frequent this location and have always had a great experience! I always use the Chipotlane and have never had an issue. The manager at this location was very helpful today and went out of his way for me when the app was showing chips/guac as unavailable, which was incorrect.
