Everytime I come to this one they are closed. Used to be open until 10pm. Even still says it on the door. Time for a new restaurant. Sorry Chipotle, but not a fan of this. A year later(7/2/22), the store closed at 9:15pm, which online said 10pm. Also on the door it said 10pm. They put up a paper sign that said 9:15 they were closed and they that was their new hours. Even the one on 146th St. By US31 closed at 9:15pm . Definitely will not get anymore business from me at all his point. Always something, either out of product, closed early or just don't want to work.
Fast service and satisfactory food. But the floor and every single surface was covered with trash and other food bits. Trash overflowing only confirmed that the 8 teenagers present were not being managed by a responsible adult that would maintain the restaurant's appearance. Crew started putting up chaiirs well before closing time indicating to "get out" even before everything was cleaned up
Food is great but giving a 2 star because they are always running out of things. Oh, and if they are out of something like guacamole on the main line don't even ask for any of it from the to-go side because even if they have a full pan of it, they will not give you any unless you get "very" assertive with them. No issues like this at any other Chipotle. If I am out and about I will grab something from a different location so I do not have to deal with Noblesville.
So poorly ran it’s almost remarkable. Constant cold food, no employees, almost never open on time. I’ve given it enough chances but I just don’t get the dysfunction, and I feel for the constantly short hand employees. Was just in there, only two meet options and everything was cold.
Ordered food to go and was waiting for more than 25 minutes past the order pick up time. There were three bowls just sitting on the food online order station getting cold while the individual on the station was no where to be found. Ended up wanting to cancel the order which the store manager could not do.Maybe not all the fault of the employees as they looked severely understaffed. If there is not enough staff to complete the orders, stop accepting them. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Come on guys...a smile & a bit of customer service never hurt anybody. It's late, I get it....so when I as the customer go out of my way to be friendly to you, day hello & ask how you are....how is it that the only response is to stare & shake your head.....I worked in restaurants starting at 14 years old- friendliness & customer service is what makes people return. (Take a peek at Chick-fil-A & Culvers!) I like Chipotle every now & again...but making customers feel like they are a nuisance is always in the back of my mind when I consider coming here...& I will choose another place given the opportunity.
Nice size portions and good kid's meals. They should explain what the different meat options are. They only have a name with no description. If you haven't been there before, you will be lost on what to order.
The food is always good but the staff have zero personally. Busy or not busy, makes no difference. Often the dining area needs cleaned and serviced. Considering other options in the future.
Seriously, exact change only? It's March 10th, 2022. There is NO coin shortage. Perhaps if you sent someone to the bank to get change everyday? Very disappointing that your management team is this lazy. Paid with cash last night, drawer was opened and I could see plenty of change, yet no change was offered to me.
Arrived at 9:00 pm, an hour before closing, and experienced the following:1. chairs on tables, so the message is clear that customers are not wanted as anyone driving by would conclude restaurant was closed.2. Only 2 o 4 staff members wearing masks, even though one unmasked staff member was doing the food line.3. No ice in drink machine4. Chipotle staff member using his hand to push ice and drink levers, instead of cup, and not doing anything about ice being empty5. Unmasked staff member told me “dining room was closed” even though restaurant open for another hour. Another staff member corrected him and said the bar tables/stools were available. The question of the day: Why does Chipotle hate its customers?
