Ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the dough has a great flavor. I really enjoy the flavor of the sauce as well!Now onto the constructive feedback..I've just received my third order, and unfortunately, items are still a little undercooked as the previous two orders. The fries aren't at all crispy, and the pizza dough is still a bit doughy. While the bottom of the dough has a decent crisp, the rest is undercooked. I had the same experience with hand tossed and pan crust, and this time tried thin crust hoping to avoid it.It is a bit disappointing because while every other aspect of the order is great, it just isn't cooked to completion. I wouldn't recommend delivery, however I would recommend dining in so the food isn't steamed on the way home.
The owner is Gurjeet and he talks really rudely to the customer. The curry veggie pizza we ordered had long hair on top of it and so we went back to report the issue. But he didn’t accept that the hair was theirs even though they had a lady working in their kitchen. The pizza that had hair on it- he made it again but our other pizza meanwhile got cold. We said that our other pizza got cold but he didn’t respond to us. I’m not coming here again and it’s a waste of time and money.
This crust on these pizzas is incredible. Chicken pesto pizza (we got spicy) is so spicy and delicious. The Three Idiots pizza has BBQ sauce and chicken, spicy chicken, cheese, and garlic chicken. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, seriously. So cheesy, every bite was heaven. I don’t usually review places, but I had to. 10/10
3 Idiots pizza is Elite! Got the pesto chicken pizza as well. Both were so good. Some of the best pizza I have ever had. Seriously.
The owner is very rude, and has forgotten the basics of customer service. The website is horrible and it is not flexible enough to handle even the simplest customization. Often times the menu items in store do not reflect the ones on the website. I noticed that even in many of the 3+ reviews, the commonality is that the staff is rude. That is not a recipe for success for any business. Furthermore when providing feedback over the phone to the owner, I was told that I don't have to order from them, and that I can take my business elsewhere. When I went to go pick up the food, I was told that if you are rude to us, then we have the right to be rude back. Apparently giving direct feedback is being rude these days. If you really like this pizza chain, and don't want to deal with a rude staff, take your business to the Chicago's Pizza with a twist located in Plainfield, IN. They are much nicer, and have better deals. Treat your customers right, otherwise you wont have a business to run!
Pizza is good but staff is always rude to me. They got my order incorrect and refused to remake my pizza, which was the final straw. I will be going elsewhere for my vegan pizzas from now on.
Fun pizza place with a lot of Indian flavors to choose from as toppings. Reasonable prices.
walked in thinking we were somewhere else and was pleasantly surprised. probably both the prettiest and tastiest pizza we have ever eaten! if you have to be in Fishers for some reason, I'm sorry, but the highlight of that town is this pizza place. great and friendly service!
Omg, you guys, this is outstanding! Got the butter chicken (chicken makhani) pizza and it is absolutely fantastic! Veggies are fresh and crisp. The sauce and the chicken are so flavorful. Perfect crust. In a city that does a lot of good pizza, this is by far the best.
