Terrible experience. Called in a large order, even repeated the order back twice. My daughter went to pick up our food. Brought it home and order was wrong. I will admit the receipt showed what we received, but not what we ordered. Called back in and the Manager was argumentative. If the gentleman answering the phone can’t take an order properly he should be used elsewhere. And to top it all off, our food was cold. Done with that location.

UPDATE: I upgraded the rating to a 4 after Customer Service contacted me and made things right! We went last night and had a great server named Gavin!I've been waiting for about a week to post this hoping the manager would call me back like I was told they would. We ordered over the phone and the girl got the order right - even the food prep ticket on the bag was correct. However, one of the items was completely wrong and the other had the wrong sauce. It looked OK in the bag and the ticket was right so I didn't open everything up until we got home. My wife could not eat hers at all. I called immediately and was told my receipt would be pulled and given to the manager to call me. It's been almost a week now...

Came in to pick up an order at a completely non busy time. Tons of employees walking around doing nothing but not one could talk to people waiting at the front. Its been going on for almost 10 minutes now....

Had a reservation. A reservation for 5 created from thier website. We were refused service stating that they stopped serving at 7pm. Spoke to the manager and were fed the "understaffed" problem. That they only had 2 servers. There were only 5 active tables we could see sat. 2 server can't handle 6 tables? Maybe management should step up in these times? Not going back...

We have been coming here for several years but tonight will probably be the last. It took 20 minutes for someone to come over to us and take our order (only after I went up to the carry out area and asked someone if we could order). We ordered an appetizer and 2 meals. It took another 30-40 minutes to get our food and the appetizer came out with the meals, not beforehand (this happened last time as well). I try really hard to give places the benefit of the doubt because I know they are short staffed however when multiple servers are standing around on their phones and can clearly see we haven't been helped for 20 minutes it's hard to continue to be patient. A couple months ago when we were here, the table next to us got up and left because they had been waiting way too long for their food. This seems to be a constant issue here so I would recommend going somewhere else like Ale Emporium across the street.

I have been to this location several times. Today they were very short staffed and I understood that it would take a little longer to get my lunch order. There were several people waiting and some people got their food before me. My issue was when I got my food and was walking out. I was stopped and asked did I pay. Needless to say that I was the only person of color there at the time. I guess they did have a concern with anyone else getting their food and leaving except for me.....I changed my rating as a result.

I understand that restaurants are understaffed but this experience was ridiculous. We were there on a weeknight for 75+ minutes. We wanted to sit in the bar but were told that the bartender could not take any more tables. This is not a one off experience. We have had this experience for the last 6 plus months. Our appetizer was brought to the table after we had finished our meal.

Place is being run into the ground. Been visiting here on a regular basis for years now. This has to be the worst run business I’ve ever seen. There are many regulars that try and frequent the place to help keep the lights on but of late the place hasn’t been opening the bar area which is where you will make their money. Last few months they only open for takeout during the day and then family dining in the evening on most days. As a customer, you just never know what the hours are or what area is open unless you call first which we should not have to do. Place is never open in the bar on Mon and Wed and other days as of late. When they are open, they shut the bar area down at 5pm and have made several customers cash out and leave. Plenty of servers but they say they don't have enough bartenders, hire more and oh by the way, try and keep the good ones and get rid of the bad ones. Never see a manager working the bar serving customers and they’ve had three or more there. Then you wonder why this place is doing so bad and not making money. Make the few customers they do have upset so they end up not returning back. Food has been much better of late but that doesn't matter if you can't sit in the bar area or know when/what the hours are. One note, Heidi and Dewayne are the best two employees they have going for them right now. Place will for sure close if they happen to leave the place for better employment! Just amazing how all other business are now thriving all around this BWWs but they can’ t seem to get it together. From my perspective, the new GM is not running the place very well and the couple of very young managers that have been promoted to lead are not that good. Many of the awesome servers/bartenders have been run off for less qualified or good ones. The couple they do have are fed up with how its all being managed. Can corporate please get involved before this BWW goes under from lack of management? Would love to chat with someone other than the GM and managers from this location. Thanks

Allowed us to stand at the wait to be seated sign for 15 minutes before anyone came to tell us it would be another 45 minutes to be seated. It didn't look full at all so there was no way for us to assume they were that understaffed.But they still saw us repeatedly and let us wait there for no reason when we have a limited lunch window. Terrible service

Sitting in my car because after 90 minutes since placing my pickup order, I was informed that my ticket was lost and the order needs remade. This has consistently been my experience at this location, over and over and over. Rude and unprofessional staff who don’t care to be there, forgetting and mixing up orders constantly, leaving people standing in the lobby waiting forever (1-2 hrs) for their pickup orders, etc. It’s just downright embarrassing. The whole staff needs replaced. Whoever from BWW responds to all of these comments should know that an apology is not enough and won’t improve the experience for the next person. The customer service here is unbelievably bad, and the constant stream of 1* reviews pouring in should open the eyes of whoever is responsible for managing this location. Change is needed.
