What a mess. No napkins, no silverware. When the food came out mine was traditional, even though I ordered boneless. My lemon pepper was the dry rub even though I ordered sauce. My sons food didn’t come out with ranch like we ordered. And to top it off, my wife’s food didn’t come out with everyone’s and then when we let them know, they brought out the wrong stuff. We didn’t get any refills. What a terrible experience.
Place needs to shut down. Wrong with orders vast majority of the time. Last time I dined in, there were two tables with 6 total people. We were told we'd need to wait until they left because there was only one server.The most recent time, there were 3 tables sat. After 10 minutes, no one had come over. As we were leaving, I saw three servers at the takeout counter laughing and talking.Food has become very sub par. There's literally zero reason to go there anymore. It really needs to be shut down.
Boneless wings are BOGO on Thursdays. I got two different flavors and they were good and hot. The restaurant was clean.
Okay, let me tell you about my experience.There was a long wait time for drinks and to order food and the place wasn’t busy at all. Place was empty as hell, so the wait time was not justifiable.Employees on the clock couldn’t be bothered to clean after patrons have left. Some were standing around eating instead making sure tables were clean and good before other patrons came in to dine there.
Lousy service, would not even seat our party.
This place is usually ok. Don't go there an hour before closing. Although the doors and google and staff said they close at 11 they had no intention of serving us. The bartender had gone to get a person to take our order but after waiting for a bit before and after the bartender acknowledged our existence we decided our dining experience would be very poor. There were staff just sitting around on their phones, one staff member was laying in a booth in an empty section (which doesn't bother me, the place is pretty laid back and everyone there probably makes a minimal wage which is why they could care less about us being there. We went to Britton Tavern (21+) after leaving. Even though it was the late menu it worked out, everything was delicious and we will go there directly next time. Usually BW3 food is fine and it's family friendly but it's not in my top 20

Waited over an hour (almost 2) for food and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Got orders wrong but the service was so bad wasn’t worth the trouble to have it corrected. Mark this location off your list. We won’t be back.
Walked in, not very busy, however I stood at the podium for 5 minutes. I thought I see the bar is open and I'll go sit down. I then sit for 15 minutes and am never acknowledged. This company is just going down hill. After the bartender finished checking on a couple of patrons just sat at the end of the bar, head in hand on her phone. I like coming to eat here. Just getting hard to convince myself it's worth it. I would love to hear back from management as I'm not even sure this facility has any.
Just DON'T. Worst family dining experience since Covid restrictions were lifted. Manager did try to make it right but by the time he was aware of the situation damage was done. Manager 5*, waitress 0*, food 2*. Poor Manager was basically running the place on his own and putting out fires in the 2 hours we were there. Kudos to him though.
