Best pizza in town, but your hours are wrong.Really disappointed to physically visit your location, only to find the door locked and the hours on the door indicating you should be open.Google has the wrong hours listed for this location.The manager was nice, but didn’t seem too worried about the inconvenience this poses to hungry customers that took time to visit.It’s an easy fix, GET ON IT, and I’ll update this review to 5-stars like you deserve.
Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The only good things about this experience was the server and the beer. Isabella was our servers name, I believe and she was very polite. We ordered Garlic Cheese Bread and a Stuffed Crust Pizza with Canadian Bacon and Pepperonis and I could have went without either. The cheese bread had no flavor and the pizza was absolutely drowned in sauce. Sad thing is I normally love sauce on my pizza but this sauce was so sweet is was sickening and on top of that it was cold. Not even remotely warm. I asked if the sauce was added after the pizza was baked and she didn’t seem sure. Thankfully Isabella took it back to be ran through the oven again but even then it still wasn’t great. I definitely think it’s overpriced for the quality and flavor. ?
I was surprised how much I liked this pizza. We have never been here, and attended a celebration for a boys basketball team. They have a wonderful side room that was plenty big to accommodate our size. We had a wonderful italian salad. We had 4 pizzas, I'm not sure what they were... cheese, cheese and pepperoni, sausage and pepperoni and ???Service was great, atmosphere was great, salad and pizza tasted great. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5... the pizza was served on wire racks.... Now, I think I understand the concept of cooking the bottom side of the pizza; however, this didn't allow for cutting of the pizza slices. I call it party cut, where you cut squares/rectangles as opposed to pie pieces. But where they were stuck together was messy to get them apart either by pulling or cutting.Again, great crust, great sauce and the toppings were good too, but we didn't have a large variety. Would love to come back and try a different pie.
Stuffed pizza was great and very filling. Two pieces and you are done! The sauce is delicious. The bread sticks were a little disappointing, but the pizza made up for it.
I’ll start by saying I LOVE the pizza from Aurelio’s - when made correctly and as ordered. However, the latter seems nearly impossible to attain. We’ve granted a lot of grace due to the pandemic and staffing issues but we are on order 5 out of 7 that has been made and/or delivered incorrectly. If times are that tough, please stop offering delivery and pick up as it’s just a continual disappointment. Should we just give up and stop ordering?
Never been loved the flavor so much but they were out of ingredients and didn't let anyone know when ordering you found out when picked up. Very good pizza though.
We don't eat here often.Our pizza was delicious and the toppings were generous and went edge to edge. Thanks to the kitchen staff.Bread sticks were ok, but I remember them being better in the past.Our host/server Emanuel took good care of us, and kept us updated on the status of our order, offered us refills, and took away our dirty plates.Both male servers were really hustling the whole time we were there.Everyrhing seemed great this visit.Most restaurants are short handed and have long wait times.Thank you staff for showing up for work today.Good job Emanuel!
The girl working in takeout was pleasant but couldn't get our order right, had to wait another 30 min to get the correct order. Did not like the spaghetti sauce or meatballs. Will not likely go back, in all fairness we did not try the pizza
Second time in a month we’ve been here. Terrible service. We’ve waited 45 minutes for our appetizer. Finally a different waitress came and got us I’m the appetizer and our pizzas. Last time they were out of everything we order except pizza. I get it, times are tough, but the service was atrocious. Will but be back here which is a shame as we came here often for date night.
Well to say this place is the worst is an understatement. waited 10 mins to be seated then waited 20 mins before we left waiting on getting drink order. Didn’t get a drink order in. Multiple people left after not being helped. If you can’t run a business you shouldn’t open the doors. Will never give this place another shot.
