Arby's: We DON'T have the meats. I went to this location for the 2nd time ever today, after they told me it would be just a minute. After waiting about 5 i started my order, and was told for the 2nd time in 2 tries that they were out of roast beef. OK, in that case i want nothing. Thanks for making me wait before telling me too. What's next, Pizza Hut running out of pizza?
I had a weird order late at night and they took care of it, as a matter of fact it was probably the best I've ever had at any Arby's.
Store was dirty. Our otder was wrong. Witnessed them mess up other people's orders while we sat and ate.
They kept us waiting in drive thru near closing time for 15 minutes to tell us they were now closed even though they took the 1st cars order in total there were 4 to 5 cars told they were closed. Rediculous, if folks have been waiting for 5 minutes or more serve them. Totally bad for business and bad customer service.....
For what i got it costed way to much and the fries were cold the price was 19.60 you dont get your money worth
Horrible horrible manager. We first ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sliders and one had a bone in it. We didn’t want another sandwich and just wanted a refund. The manager that wears air pods didn’t talk to us and didn’t even give us the right amount of money back. (Probably should get a manager who can count money). We now called customer service to get our money back and didn’t give us any answers. That was the most disgusting food
We always use drive thru as l can't walk anymore,that being the case I will say that the drive -thru experience is the very best at this location. ? The main reason l(we) go here is to get their bacon, turkey ranch sandwich ? . It is without a doubt the best buy ..it is awesome it's basically a BLT with about 3/4"" of sliced turkey ,cheese ,and onion on 2 slices of toasted bread. We always add an order of curly fries and a jamocha shake
Looking at other reviews, going earlier in the day to this location might be your best bet. Anytime I've gone here at night, only teenagers are "working", goofing off, I've audibly heard someone groan after I finished my order in the drive thru like I had completely ruined his night, and more than once I've come here in the last hour they were open and nobody answers when I pull up. The manger/owner needs to come undercover and fix the attitudes and performance of the night staff.
not very impressed with the precision/accuracy on getting my order correct.and their staff at night isnt very attentive
