Service was great food sucked the nuggets were burnt and hard and the fries was they same way as well.
The gentleman suggested the new burger that they're making incredible steakburger will put together nice and neat fries or hot in the peach lemonade tea perfection
This location is the best in Fishers. They always have the freshest food for lunch

Clean indoor seating friendly. Had a real good fish sandwhich. I got the 2 for 6 at lunch time . I ate the beef and cheddar ( a little skimpy on the meat ) for dinner .
I never had problems with this location before. I normally have ordered pickup orders before and I did it today. I walked over to Arby's to get my food and I found out that it was locked and the dining room was closed. I started walking back, but then I thought that I could maybe knock on the door and they could just bring me my food. I came to the door and the lady put moved her hand around her neck saying that "it's a no-go". I tried to yell to them I put in a pick-up order. The lady then came over and I said that I ordered a pick-up and she said that I would have to go around and I told her I can't. She then stared at me and then started walking away. I then told her to then cancel my order and give me a refund. She then shrugged her shoulders and then walked away. I tried to see if my order was ready to pick up and then walked away. I then called the support office to see if I could get a refund and the lady I talked to was really nice and apologetic about it. She said that she is going to put a request for my refund. I will NEVER go back there, as long as that lady is there. She was rude and didn't care AT ALL. I understand when people are busy, as I also work in "retail", so I get it, but she could've have a little more humanity, when I couldn't go around. I am not going to cut cars to get my food and I am not going to wait in line with the cars to get my food. That is NOT safe. I also tried to all them, to get my refund, but they didn't answer. If I get my refund, I might move this to a 2, but they lost a customer 100%!!!
