The food was hot and tasted good. Had good service. The waiter was working really hard, because like most places, they were short on staff.
I ordered carside to-go, wings and a drink. My link wasn’t working, which wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, so I called them. They said my order was ready and the lady said “you can come in and get it”. I said that I had a carside order, and she repeated again, pretty angrily, “you can come in and get it”. She was definitely talking down to me. I left a tip because she was supposed to bring it out to my car, but fine, whatever. I go in and get my order. I paid extra for sauce, and I didn’t get any extra. The wings I ordered had hardly any sauce on them. The celery was old.This is my first time ever leaving a review on a restaurant. I just do not recommend it in the slightest. Not that it matters, but I refuse to ever return.
Had the blackened salmon, delicious! Wife the always delightful riblet dinner. Too much for one person. Service was impeccable.
One of the best Applebee's I've ever been to, food was fresh and hot, cooked to perfection, waiter was very friendly, the Manager even came out and checked on us , we'll be back
I hadn’t eaten here for a long time but decided to get carry out for a change. I ordered blackened chicken. It was inedible. The texture of the chicken was very rubbery. I’ve never had anything so bad. So after a few bites, down the garbage disposal it went. Never again will I eat anything from Applebee’s.
Walked in and stood there for over15 min no line not busy and never got sat. It was the weirdest but most annoying thing. Multiple waiters and staff saw us made eye contact and not one said hey we will be with you we are just short or anything like that. It was like we just didnt exist. The people eating closest to the door litteraly pointed at there plate and said to us go some where else. We eventually left. It was 6pm on a Tuesday. Promise it was not busy and understandable why it wasn't. This location is awful.
This place was so short staffed 1 cook the bartender acting as hostess as well and maybe 3 waiters/waitresses and everything came out perfect. The food delicious, the drinks perfect and when asked for this or that it was provided promptly. Our waiter Chris went above and beyond for us and every table by us. They are giving their all in there and did fabulous job. Don't forget to tip your wait staff and bartenders, as one myself, I can tell you they are not being paid enough. Great job y'all!
Went to the 96th Street Applebee's Sunday for dinner around 5:20. They were not busy at all however we stood at the door for 5 minutes and NOBODY even acknowledged we were there to be seated! A sever/host walked by us 3 times and never said a thing! We turned around and walked out! All it would have taken was for him to say Hi folks, I will be right with you! I guess you can not teach employee's to be aware of their surroundings and pay attention to customers at hand! Won't go back there ever again!
The bartender was running the front by herself. She did this with a smile on her face very polite. The food was cook perfectly..
We had a party of 7 people last night and arrived around 6 pm. Not to many people in the restaurant but it started filling up. There was only 1 server working DJ and he was the BEST server I've ever had. He worked the room acknowledging everyone, was efficient and friendly and had the best smile and attitude. Thank you for a wonderful evening DJ!!
